I don't know what it is but a lot of these photographs don't move me. There are images that are truly beautiful that capture your soul in this collection. But some others -- although they have been professionally shot, with obvious care and attention -- leave me cold.

Maybe it's the fact that these pictures are too perfect. They have been set up very well, but that perfect set-up ends up draining the spontaneity and naturalness out of them. Rosser's best pictures are those shot below the head level, or where the face of the model can't be seen head-on, and where two men are left to themselves. Then again, it is tricky to make it work when a model looks straight into the camera under any circumstances, so maybe I shouldn't be so harsh about it.

But this isn't a bad collection. It has been well done, and you can find some exceptional images here. It's obviously a quality work.
