This is great book for someone who wants to be a mortgage broker/agent or is already a broker/ agent.
This is one of the books I have read where I was always engaged and never lost the interest in reading.

It gives you lot of tips on what you should do and not do in this business. How to better manage your day to day activities, how to be efficient, good habits that should be instilled from the beginning, steps to be taken even before you start the brokering itself.

Author shares lots of examples of his experience working with clients, how it helped retaining those clients, and further getting referrals from those.

Besides, author shares lot of books in between different chapters as the situations demands. There are supplementary motivational quotes too :).

Fantastic book. This read gave me the tools to streamline my business allowing me to work from any location while not skipping a beat or missing a renewal. I had been a broker for 9 years at the time of reading and it was still sooo useful. Aside from the technology tips that I found so helpful to my situation specifically, Dustan effectively explains the nuances that are required to take your business to the next level.

The only negative is that dustan is such a workhorse that I feel bad not working 24/7 lol. May try to grind in out in this manner after a relaxing summer.

I started reading the series after completing the licensing course, and while I was interviewing to choose a brokerage to hang my license. I wish I started to read it even before I decided to take the course because I would have been in a more advanced stage in my career by now. That's how powerful this book is!
