James Hunt, author of the Broken Lines and Exiled Series, which collectively accumulated over 300+ 5-star reviews on Amazon, brings you his next thrilling “Distressed” The enemy is closer than you think Captain Dylan Turk has fished the Atlantic waters his entire life. The sea has provided for his family for over three generations, but that history, along with his family, is threatened on his latest voyage. An unlikely terrorist cell has found their way into the United States with an equally unlikely ally. DEA Agent Adila Cooper has developed a corrupt reputation in her six years of undercover work, but she’s taken all the rumors with a grain of salt just waiting for her big break, and when she gets pulled into a new case early one Saturday morning she may just get more than she bargained for. Homeland Security has made their number one priority the prevention of any terrorist attack on American soil. Surveillance, interrogation, and coercion are all tactics used by the organization to make the goal a reality. However, it only tanks one crack in the armor for the enemy to creep inside.

Really hate to rate this so low, but it ended with with a huge cliff hanger & a link to get the other 130 pages for 50% off, well following the link takes me to Amazon were the rest of the story is $2.99 far as I know 50% off of $2.99 isn't $2.99.

This is a beginning to a thriller series about a fishing boat captain whose ship is taken over by terrorists who load explosives onto his ship with the intent of blowing up Boston. At first you think his attack is random, but the further you follow the story you find out that being an "average Joe" might have it's consequences. Dylan is a likeable character, and an the story moves quickly. It's only the beginning in a series, or prequel. So expect more further on.

Pretty good

100 pagers, just enough to grab your attention and make you need the next book. It might work. I really do want to know what's next.

Good book but...

I really am tired of getting half a book and then have to get the rest of it. Good book but there is no way it should have ended the first book where it did. Just charge for it
