Different
I must admit that I started and stopped this book several times. I did finally finish and was glad that I stuck it out. This was a different kind of romance book but it was ok for something to read.

I liked the storyline, it was unique and the way the author told it was absolutely crazy, but in a good way. I enjoy Imani's books.

What one does in secret will always come to light!
Blaine Winguard, billionaire and CEO of Winguard Productions, loved Sierra Simmons from afar for years. He promised to look after and protect her in secret, after a night she does not remember from her youth. She’s a budding news reporter who was recruited to investigate a dangerous prostitution/ sex trafficking ring. Unbeknownst to Blaine, he’s apart of that investigation as he tried to protect her. In the end, things come to light about Blaine’s past doings and Sierra is unsure how she feels about it. Sierra’s mother holds the tickets to information that unlocks the mystery.
Imani wrote a story that was full of drama and suspense. The way the plot was plotted and written kept me on edge wanting to know what was going to happen next, especially at the end of the book.

Never one to be disappointed in anything Ms. King writes, this is no exception to the rule. Throughout the story, I knew there was more to why Blaine was doing everything the way he was with Sierra. And I loved the outcome!!! As usual, there's never a dull moment in Ms. King's novels. To truly understand my points, I recommend you read it for yourself!!

I finish it. But u skipped a lot. There was something that didn't make it. It didn't flow right. It was short but wasn't easy and fast read for me. I got bored in details. The story was good idea.

I SERIOUSLY LOVED THIS NOVEL!!!! ONE OF MS. IMANI'S BEST!!! The main part I loved was, just when I thought I knew what was going to happen, something completely out of left field took its place!! It was easy to fall in love with the main characters!! The storyline made it hard to put down!!! And above all, nothing was left untold!!! Brilliantly written!!! I highly recommend this story to any die hard romance readers who don't mind a little twist in their game!!

I have read a few books by this author. This story is my least favorite
This story was a little slow for me to begin with and I was going to stop reading it and then come back to it. But things warmed up when they went away together. The book was way too descriptive for me too much detail about things I was not interested in. This book could have been shorter if not for all the descriptive text which is always dull to me.

I got this in exchange of an honest review, I loved reading about Blaine and Sierra the differences between them made them so unique interesting and captivating I loved how and why they meet interact and how things start between them not only that the second characters were also interesting as the main ones this one is full of mystery secrets action hot wild sex I love Imani work recommend her to everyone

Despite a few grammatical errors I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The mystery behind the hero's actions and connection to the heroine was a nice surprise. Not crazy about the super fast tidy ending, but I think you'll like this one.

Surprisingly good!
I must admit, when I started this book I didn't like it too much. But as I continued to read, it got better and better. I love Imani King!! Blaine was a sexy mess, and Sierra was smart but naive. Together they made a good couple. Great read!

I enjoyed the mystery. The whole time I was reading, I wanted to know the SECRET. Reading Ms. King's book during this season of national unrest was a relief from news report. Keep writing about heroes whose simple but tremendous actions makes life easier.
