**Reviewed For Hooked On Books**
I gave this box set 4.5 stars!
This author was a new author to me and I can honestly say that I will be looking to read more in the future. I highly recommend this book. From twist, turns and HOT Scenes you will be wanting more. You will get to know a group of lawyers and the girls who fall in love with them. You will get so many emotions from the start to last page. Love each of the character and hated some of the secondary characters.
Ms. Collins has a unique writing style that draws you in and doesn't let you go. Can't wait to read more from her.

Hot lawyers and firefighters, this series has it all. Each of the men in these books is an alpha male to the extreme and I loved each one a little more than the last! Though book 1 was a little slow going by book 2 I couldn’t put it down.
We start off with Vincent and Alexa. From page one their relationship is hot and steamy, the sex scenes were very well written however, there were almost too many. I really felt that the story itself could have been better if we’d had just a little less sex, it took away from the story a bit.
The next book is Abel and Cara’s story and I enjoyed it a bit more than the previous book. The sex scenes were just as hot and just as frequent however the storyline still manages to shine through unlike in the previous book. Abel is the ultimate bad boy which is, of course, the exact opposite of what Cara thinks she’s looking for. Abel proves she’s wrong though and that he’s exactly what she’s looking for. Their dates are epic and it made for a great read. Next up is Bridgette and Troy’s story – I really love how each of these books are entwined with the others. Bridgette is Alexa’s sister (from book 1) and has just moved in with Cara (from book 2.) Sparks fly between Bridgette and Troy from their very first meeting and they begin seeing one another however, Bridgette is seeing another guy at the same time. Troy is huge on honesty and when he finds out that Bridgette has been lying it almost destroys their time together.
All in all a great series and I look forward to reading the next installment.

FATALISM:
Vincent I fell in love with him right off, "don't be sorry. I'm glad I caught you. Are you all right?" Vincent is very 'alpha' man, "bulls***, you're lying. I can see it in your eyes now, and when I walked into the meeting today, I felt something between us. I know you did too." Alexa she's a saucy one and gives Vincent attitude, "really, Kane. Is that how you talk to women including your employees? Do you really think I would be interested in some womanizing pr*** like you?" He's a possessive sort as well, "I do when you talk about other people seeing my girlfriend naked. I don't like it." He has no problem having others no what's his, "then they would have heard me. I don't see what the problem is. You're mine, and I don't care who knows. For some reason you're worried what everyone else will think, but it's okay for you to be sitting on my desk?" They always have to put each other straight and sometimes it's Alexa doing the straightening, "for one, I wasn't having all this mind-blowing sex that keeps me up late and exhausts all my energy. Then, there's the fact that I sleep with Goliath the grizzly bear. You're like an electric blanket, and when I'm warm and comfy, it puts me into a comatose state." He also doesn't like other people touching his girl, especially when his girl is doing the touching, "you better put some clothes on this sexy little body of mine, and do not touch yourself unless I'm here. That's my job."
DETERMINISM:
Abel, he's more of show than tell kind of person, "do you feel what you do to me? Do you have any idea the control you have over my body." And he's curious about certain things, "do you really not wear underwear?" And ladies the man is endowed beyond belief just as Cara and those cray cray thoughts she has, "Abel gets up, and he walks by, I can't miss the hard on he has. I look up and him and he puts his hand over it. "It's just morning wood, kitten. Don't worry. Nothing like that happened last night." He walks off and goes into what I assume is the bathroom. Holy s***, his di** is huge. Alexa told me Vincent was hung, but I never thought about Abel being big as well. Clearly he is, because I've never seen anything like that before." I have to say I loved Abel and Cara more than Vincent and Alexa I think it's because LK's writing grows with each book she writes which means I'm probably going to LOVE Troy's story.
ESSENTIALISM:
I fell in love with Troy instantly, "I slap his chest and he releases me placing his hand over the place I hit. "Did you really just hit me? You've got some anger issues, girl." I think it's cute that Troy is consumed with Bridgette, "dammit, Bridgette, I'm gonna need far more than an hour with you. You might as well pencil me in for a full day and I don't even know if that's enough." He tends to speak his mind, "you heard me. My co**'s been hard for weeks; I need to be able to take my time." I mean Troy literally just blurts out what's on his mind:
"Are you on birth control?
Whoa, excuse me? Way to start off a conversation. "Uh...yeah. Why?"
"I don't want us to use protection. I haven't slept with anyone for almost four months, so I promise I'm clean."
He sometimes asks the dumbest questions, "Troy removes his boxers so he's now completely naked and I lean up to get a better look at him. "You wanna see my co**, Bridge?" No Troy the girl just wants to look at your legs. I love how bold Bridgette gets when she's with Troy and I fund it amusing it dumbfounds him, "I'll get you whatever you want, baby." She smacks my a** and walks off. I'm a bit chocked at what she just did. No one has ever spanked me before. I run my hands over my fave. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. there's a lot that she does that shocks me." I really do love this series, and I can't wait to see whose on the docket to be next.
SKEPTICISM:
Sometimes a man just wants his woman next to him always, "he turns on the shower and undresses. “No, I do.” He stands under the water and asks, “Are you getting in?” Micah is a very protective, alpha man, “I don’t know what I’ll do, baby, but I’m not going to have him threatening you, or thinking what he did was okay. He put his hands on you, and for that, he needs to pay.” I enjoyed this book Micah was just so damn sexy.

Sparks fly between Bridgette and Troy from their very first meeting and they begin seeing one another however, Bridgette is seeing another guy at the same time. Troy is huge on honesty and when he finds out that Bridgette has been lying it almost destroys their time together.
All in all a great series and I look forward to reading the next installment.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE L.K. Collins' books so much, and this boxed set is fantastic! Hot attorney changes the girl who won't see anyone at work, heck she won't have relationships at all. Yummy tatted up fireman finds that perfect someone in a beautiful nurse. And another hot fireman with some kink finds himself a girl who trusts him to push her.
WOW! I actually read all three books in one day as the author held me hostage cover to cover. The character development in each story is perfect, with awesome secondaries that meshed well together. I LOVED the fact that I got to see each couple before and after their story so I didn't have time to miss them when I finished. Each story line is exciting, addicting, and very well written while flowing smoothly. On top of the great alpha men, L.K. Collins does a brilliant job at throwing in twists and turns that keep me on my toes. The chemistry of each couple tried to melt my kindle, leading to seriously SCORCHIN' HOT HOT HOT sexy scene goodness that ruins panties. None of the stories were the same, and after each one I would say, now that's my favorite. I will end with this, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Vince and Alexa, Abel and Cara, Troy and Bridgette, each with an amazing love story that will keep you entertained. Abel is and always will be my favorite, but damn if Vince and Troy don't give him a run for his money. Each man showing his possessive side, as well as that sweet side when needing to take care of his woman.
