I wanted to like and recommend this book, but I can not because the book has no index. A technical book, especially one that will be used as a reference book, requires an index. A book sold for use on a Kindle application also requires an index that allows you to be taken electronically to the page of a topic that has been clicked on in its index. This book fails because of a lackluster of an index and a lack of a clickable index. I expected more from a book that is published as part of the computer "Bible" series.
