Robert Lyon, an affluent middle-aged financier, murders his wife Nancy one afternoon in the midst of a heated argument aboard their yacht the “NancyGirl” that is charted towards troubled waters. Robert only realizes the true magnitude of the storm system he sails toward in the aftermath of the murder. Rather than face justice he opts to drink himself into a stupor and navigate the vessel into the eye the massive storm system hoping to commit suicide by weather. However he wakes up the next morning on an island inhabited by two warring factions. One side wishes to remain on the island under the guidance of an individual that they call the “Old ‘Un” while the others want to escape and blow the lid off of what was happening on the island. After a tumultuous first day Robert learns the terrible truth of what the war is actually about. The “Old ‘Un” is actually a much lauded nobel prize winning geneticist named Chandler Dowling. He has used his billions earned from numerous patents to buy a private island with which to pervert his greatest secret scientific triumph to fulfill a macabre fantasy: he has created a procedure that can halt the aging process at any stage of development. While the organs naturally age the bodies remain trapped at a particular age so that eternally they remain Ever Young.
