"Seduced By The Alpha Wolf" unfortunately failed to seduce me.
The story is as follows: a young woman is looking for some employment. She finds a job as a live-in housekeeper for a lone man who lives in the middle of nowhere in a huge house. Not finding anything fishy about this, or by the fact that he offers her the job without any prior experience, she accepts the position. I don't actually think she did any cleaning about the house at all, throughout the entire book.
The romantic relationship had little chemistry, and the way that the inner wolf personality of Adrian was written was just plain awkward and disturbing. When the biggest conflict of the story is about how many children they want to have, you know there's a problem.
Not my cup of tea.

I had a really hard time finishing this book. Not only because their whole relationship spans over a month (at most), but also because there was zero chemistry between them. Adrian is supposed to be some kind of wealthy, older man (her words, not mine) who is so desperate for companionship that he searches for love by advertising a cleaningjob at his house. On the other hand , the wolf is one of the most unlikeable characters I've ever read. All of that is only toped by the absolutely weirs erotic scenes betweeen her and the wolf.
I will most likely not read the second book. There are tons of better alpha werewolf books out there.

When Marie Damascus, a broke student, answers an ad posted online requesting the help of a maid, she gets more from her new boss than she bargained for.
When I saw that this was a retelling of beauty and the beast I was sold. I couldn't wait to get into the bath to start reading. But once I started it I realised the only similarities to my old favourite was that there was a girl who was beautiful and a man who became a beast. The romance between Maria and Adrian started out promising, that was until they introduced his beast. It was more of a split personality thing with him becoming a wolf and Maria forming a strange relationship with both.
The thing I found most upsetting was that where in most werewolf stories the man becomes the beast but the woman has an affair with the man. This woman has an affair with both and by affair I mean she has sex with his animal form too, snout, tail and all. I found this to be disgusting and if that wasn't enough, his beast side pretty much raped her the first time they had sex and from then on became completely violent towards her. I found the description of this book extremely misleading as there is nothing erotic or romantic about bestiality, violence or rape.

Marie needs a job because she's broke, so she answers an ad to be a maid. Adrian had a lot of money and a huge house but he's a bit of a recluse because of his, 'condition'. He's looking for a live in maid and Marie takes the job. Adrian and Marie get a long really well right from the first day and even though Marie is a virgin, they fall into bed very fast. It seemed like they were both so starved for attention and love that they fell for each other really fast. Things were going so well between them and Adrian tells Marie to stay away from his roses because they are fragile but one night when she hears a sound outside, she makes her way to where the roses are and finds Adrian's werewolf half there.
Now is it just me or would you think that anyone who sees a werewolf walking upright and talking to them, would have a little freak out? This girl doesn't freak out at all that a seven foot werewolf is walking towards her, talking to her and then has sex with her while in his animal/beast form. Sure, that's completely believable. *eyeroll*
While Adrian is a sweet, loving guy, his werewolf half is an ass. The two halves are two completely different personalities and Adrian can't stop the werewolf from doing anything when he's in control. Very great story
This was a wonderful read with tons or erotica.so it was perfect for me. It was a bit short but it was great for reading in a time i had little time and was able to finish it all on my work break. Glad i gave this a read.

Short and steamy
I did enjoy this but wished for a little more from our beast maybe that’s just me because I do love a savage beast especially in the steamy parts , other than that I did enjoy the book and will be picking up book 2

This is a freebie on amazon. I think I originally picked it up because it was supposed to be a take on beauty and the beast. I love beauty and the beast retellings and this book fell way way way way short.
The story is about a college girl who is lonely and needs a part time so she becomes a maid. Well her maid gig turns out to be a live-in position. The guy who lives there is a billionaire and reclusive, he is also a werewolf. The college girl and the werewolf quick and you can guess the rest.
This book did not really work for me. The werewolf is some kind of wereman I guess because he can still speak like a person. Then the guy is kind of weak and the wolf or wereman whatever is kind of a jerk. It seems like the story is supposed to be about a woman forming a relationship with the beast and the man. It just did not work and the sex scenes with the wereman and the woman were just weird.
I give it 1.5 stars for effort and I am so glad it was free!

June 19, 2022really putting the 'adult book club' tag to good use with this one. read 4 the larfs because of a running gag after one book club member (hi audrey) read the wrong book one month and another member (hi meryn) started issuing disclaimers each month along the lines of 'remember, we're reading THIS book, not [book with related title].' well, may's book was

, but half of us proceeded with reading the joke book as well. was it good? look into your heart to find the answer. with that said, I will literally never hate on an author for self-pubbing a labor of love, like, literally good for kaycee kline for following her dreams when SOME of us cough cough me are just over here sitting on our asses...I AM PROUD OF YOU, KAYCEE KLINE!!!

This book is incredible!. The Characters are amazing!.
Marie a young college student feels her life is plain and boring. She has no family and only a small trust fund that is handled by a lawyer. She has tried several classes but can not find her passion. Here she is only nineteen and she has no zest for life. When summer comes she sees an Job Ad in Craigslist. A Reclusive wealthy Business Man looking for a live-in housekeeper. Marie gets the job even though she has no experience. Reclusive Adrian likes this spunky co-ed he is lonely so he hires her. Only Adrian has a dark secret can he protect her from his other half. Oh you will love this story it is so sexy and provocative!. This is a five-star plus story!

TERRIBLE! Don't get me wrong sex was GREAT but I'm not into beastieality or old men! Ewww. I am 23 years old but would never be with someone that old! I had a hard time reading this book in some ways it was like beauty in the beast which was why I finished reading it, but I could never recommend this book to anybody. Wasn't expecting her to fuck an animal and like it, again YUCK!

Short quick read
A little pervy and kinda like a train-wreck you can't look away. Different from other shifter stories, this holds more true to a werewolf and his relationship to a human. She learns to deal with both sides of his nature and works through whether to accept him both ways.

I had to put this down for a while. It has been on my mind for a while. So finally I paused to read it. After the initial shock of the wolf wore down, I feel just as hard as Marie. I guess, given the right circumstances, we all have a little wild in us only a wolf can fill.

Hottt diggyy!
This book had some ups and downs for me.. i enjoyed the realtionship between the two.. i just wish it wasnt rushed... and the 2 slept together pretty fast..
The smut was great i enjoyed the wolf with her more ;)

This books description reads like a beauty and the beast twist, while technically it is, it feels more like a the telling of a virgins sexual discovery that just so happens with a werewolf.
The term alpha wolf insinuates a pack but in reality there is like 2.2 characters in this whole book. There isn't a pack or talk of a pack. The romance escalates so quickly that it could give one whip lash. It felt under written, with a lack of plot.
However even though it was extremely disappointing it was like a car crash I couldn't stop watching and couldn't put down. I did think about reading the second but couldnt justify spending the money on it.
If you are looking for a medium descriptive romance, that focuses just on the romance part this is for you. If you are looking for something spicy but story driven I would look else where.

✔️shockingly, I’ll give it 4 stars. This was a free book from amazon and it was a surprisingly decent, erotic read.
Pros:
•I appreciated the duality of man errr man/wolf as an underlying theme in this book.
•It was surprisingly well written & the plot seemed thoughtful & not overly detailed.
•A+++ Smoking hot erotica!!!
Cons:
•I did not appreciate how young the girl was (19?) & that she was “looking for employment” but found more of a corrupt sexual arrangement sat a little poorly with me. I would’ve like to have seen her early 20’s to take the pervy edge off Adrian being older.
•The book was VERY short and it is broken up into 3? installments (and you must purchase each one separately).
Overall: Hell yes! Burn up the sheets with this quickie.

WTF was that?
It was like a poorly written FanFiction. Basic editing is needed and the plot is utterly ridiculous. I don’t think I’ve ever made so many concerned/confused faces while reading a book.
Also the phrase on repeat in my mind was, “Dude, that’s straight up bestiality. Why would that be sexy?”
If you have an answer to that last question, this book might actually be for you. If you’re as confused as I am or even disgusted, I would skip this one. It was not the werewolf book I was looking to read.

The story was not well executed
It was different than the other werewolf stories I have read and I appreciated that. I think that the story itself has great potential, but it wasn't executed well. I was left with many questions. Some parts didn't seem to belong at all. Some character names would be dropped and you would have no idea who they were. Parts of it were just lacking, but a very interesting idea.

Wow
This was not what I thought and man there was a lot of sex season but didn't mind. I love how Marie goes from being shy to becoming real strong. We're the man and wolf r so different. I can tell u now this book is not for everyone. If u had trauma please don't read this. It was a really good book and can't wait to see what happens next in the next book

Loved the first book
Loved this first book in the series and can’t wait to see what’s next for Marie and Adrian plus his wolf alter ego. What will happen with there baby and will the wolf be more well behaved now he’s mated and married to Marie, she’s really standing up for herself and I really hope I see that more in the next book.

I don't know what I was expecting and as I kept reading this book it became loud and clear that this was not the type of book that would actually seduce me.
Yes there was some chemistry, but it lacked something that I can't put my finger on. I found myself reading without really enjoying the story nor the characters just wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible.

Not happy
The story is good but the fact it is a 2 part and you're left hanging unless you buy book 2 (and who knows if it will close) book 1 totally leaves you hanging, it should have had a close like most multiple books do. I would have bought book 1 IF it was complete and then bought anymore parts to the series but I won't bother. Just really disappointed!

Twisted darkness
I enjoyed some parts and others not so much because of a certain word that should not be included.
While read I wonder why the author chose that word.
What these characters portrayed isn’t as what I felt about the wolf.
The wolf redeeming and I wish that word was never mentioned it did not suit this novel.

This book is 10% plot and 100% smut.
Seriously the author can’t decide what to call the MMC’s “member”, most of the time settling on prick🤦🏻♀️

I wanted to keep reading.
Normally I'm not into a fantasies but this felt realistic like I was in the book. I like good writing that makes it feel like the person is actually in the book. I would love to read another book from this author the writing was very good. It was easy to follow I didn't have to go back and reread some things. It flowed really well.
