A picture may be worth a thousand words, but sometimes three little words are all you need...
Molly O’Donaghue has photographed some of the most beautiful women in the world. For the last eighteen months she’s been living in Montana, building a business that keeps her feet on the ground and her heart intact.
Jacob Green is a successful property developer, and he’s definitely not Molly’s type. She’s had her heart broken by a man with more money than common sense and she isn’t about to go down that path again.
Her latest assignment wasn’t supposed to be complicated, but she finds more through the lens of her camera than she expected to see. With a family’s happiness at stake and a bride who can’t see past an emerald lake, Molly and Jacob have to work together to find a whole lot of happy endings. And one of them could be theirs. Sweet on You is the fourth book in The Bridesmaids Club and linked to the Montana Brides series. It can easily be read as a standalone.
Leeanna Morgan is a USA Today bestselling author. She lives in New Zealand surrounded by green hills on one side and the ocean on the other. She enjoys going for long walks, especially if she can convince her husband and two children to go with her!
Leeanna writes contemporary romances set in Montana. Her books contain all of the things that are important to her; good friends, family, a strong sense of community, and a happy ending.
Although my reading preference leans towards Historical fiction and Agatha Christie type whodunnits, I really enjoy these book series by Leeanna Morgan. They are formulaic in that each book follows a similar pattern -- but that isn't a bad thing. There are variations in characters and their challenges to overcome. Most are set in Bozeman, Montana -- a far piece from the Cotswolds -- the backdrop for engaging simple human relationship drama without emphasizing wild west themes. The same, plus more, characters appear in each book so you can follow the "friends" you've made in prior reads. While being part of a series, each book can be read as a stand alone. Will appeal to readers who enjoy watching relationships development and flourish.
Out of all the series this would have to be my least favourite. Actually found it boring. I kept waiting for something to make it more exciting but it never got there and I was really looking forward to Molly's story.
All the other books were great, had something different and loved the people but this just felt flat which was a real shame. All the regulars fell away in this book. Tess and Annie were only in it a tiny bit. No Sally either. I was waiting for Gracie and Trent to turn up in it and especially since Jacob was in hospital but nope no sign of them either.
I have read about 10 of these books and loved them all so I guess one lacking isn't too bad!
This is the last book in the Bridesmaids Club, but we still have more books to read that take place in Bozeman. This book is Molly and Jacob’s story. Molly is a phenomenal photographer and Jacob buys, sells, and remodels properties. When he needs to sell some of property to purchase another property in New York, he hires Molly to take the pictures. Grab your copy and see what happens in this sweet read.
Molly & Jacob work through major issues to find their way to one another. Jacob is restless, chasing a new business opportunity while Molly is happy with her life and business in town. Then they seemingly switch places until they both discover after what could have been a terrible accident that they want to be together. I wholeheartedly recommend any & all of Leeanna Morgan's series!
This book was great to read. All of the exciting things the BrIdesmaid Club did for the bridesmaids that needed dresses wss great. Jacob having his car accident and deciding future. All the drama with two people figuring out they can be together. Look forward to the next book.
I read the series of The Bridesmaids Club. They all had such sweet stories with lots of twists and turns. They held my interest, I had a hard time putting them down.
Please don't tell me that the end of this series, omg it is a heart warming story with some breath taking moments. I love that you can see and hear the characters and that's what makes it a great read
I have been reading these Leeanna Morgan books for my whole winter break. I like the story lines and they keep me engaged. I wondered often who had edited the books, if anyone. She makes grammatical mistakes and occasionally gets the characters confused - in all of her books.
Out of all the books I've read of Leeanna Morgan, I found this really underwhelming. And kind of boring. And it just dragged on a lot longer than it needed it. No real excitement to add to the story.
