His love for fantasy started in high school when he was gifted a copy of Dragons of Spring Dawning by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman—a book that sparked a lifelong love for dragons and epic quests.

I am stumped
I will not say that this is not a good book. I would have given it 4 stars but for 1 issue that makes it kind of hard to get in to. The flow is a little bit off. By which I mean that the sentences and paragraphs do not transition seamlessly. I have encountered this in several books and it usually fades away as more storyline rolls out, as in towards the end of the novel or in the next. I do believe it is worth reading and I will be reading # 2, hoping it is a bit smoother

The king is assassinated, and Prince Aramis is accused of it, but all is not what it seems. He and Mel must escape the kingdom and try to find the assassin. He will encounter obstacles and trials. Lots of betrayals and intense moments. A great second book in the series.
