Great for someone wanting to know the basics of operations management - can be used as a platform for further learning. This eBook book does form part of one of the Open University's open learn course - however I thought I'd read ok as a stand alone eBook. Would recommend for anyone wishing to consolidate what they know within operations management or for someone wanting to see if Business Studies may be a suitable option form them as a subject to study.
