Rock music is her passion. She loves losing herself in the beat and the stories of her characters.

Lyric was the second book in Regina Frame’s Dirty Affliction series.
Levi Cross was the front man for the world famous rock band Dirty Affliction. For all appearances he was the typical party animal playboy that was expected of a rocker. And he was, until he met Peyton.
Peyton Frost was the girl next door image: beautiful, independent and confident. She had dated a musician previously when they were a no name band looking to find their big break but learned quickly that once they did, they left the little people behind. She armed her heart and vowed never to date a musician again.
When we first met Levi, I wasn’t impressed. However, once he met Peyton, Levi’s real personality surfaced and I fell in love. Lyric was filled with fun, hope, heartbreak and love. I loved the storyline but I craved more depth.
In the end, it was a quick, fun, entertaining and heartfelt read. There’s more to the story that can be found in Melody, which is the continuation of the story from Peyton’s perspective in a quick novella.

Rock Romance Lovers You Don’t Want To Miss This!!!
This fantastic rock romance was a one sit read for me because once it got a hold of it, it didn’t let go until the very end. The first part was everything I love about the bad boy rockers who took what and who they wanted without thought. Levi was the lead singer in Dirty Affliction and he may have finally met his match in Peyton. Peyton was not into rock stars after her last relationship and had no idea who Levi was when they first met. The connection, banter and steam came off the pages with these two.
Then this author takes my heart and rips it out. This was one of the most touching books I’ve read in a while. You will have to read to see what this big turn of events were but it made me fall in love with this couple even more. I cannot wait to see where things go in this series because I’ll be one of the first ones to grab these books.

This book takes you on an emotional journey. This is Levi's story and he is the lead singer of Dirty Affliction with a heart of gold but with a few demons. He meets Peyton and finally finds a woman that sees more than the famous singer, she sees the man. This is a heartbreaking love story where loss and addiction run high. This story made me laugh and it made me cry. I can't wait for more of Peyton and Levi.

July 11, 2016Wow! Book 2 is just as good as Book 1 was. Levi Cross is the lead singer of Dirty Alliction. He loves fast cars, fast women and booze! Peyton Frost is no fan of rock bands. She wants Brad Paisley! But she finds herself working for the band. There's one point in the book where you will need a box of Kleenex handy so be sure and have them close by. This book has a little bit of everything in it so I know you will enjoy reading it. It does end in a cliff hanger, though, so be warned. Now for Peyton's book so we can find out what happens to them!

Peyton is has papers to write but her friend wins tickets to a concert and doesn't realize when the lead singer stops to chat with her. She has given up on rock stars. She won't date another.
Levi is smitten with Peyton. Especially when she doesn't realize who he is.
Levi has a way to get Peyton to be around at all times. A job! Will Peyton be pulled into more than one night with Levi? Will they have what it takes to make it work?

I read this a bit ago and can't believe I didn't review it already! I loved Levi's story!!! There was so much real! All the feels! I loved how flawed the characters were, yet, so redeemable. Levi was such a tortured soul, it was impossible not to become emotionally involved. I was sad that the book had to end, but am looking forward to the next installment! Five glittery stars!

Another awesome read from Regina Frame. I loved Levi's story. This is a heartbreaking love story where loss and addiction is a very big issue. This story made me laugh and it made me cry. This story line for me was very relatable. I look forward to reading more from Ms Frame. I highly recommend this read.

Another Good Rock Romance!
The second in the Dirty Affliction series, this book was another hit! The flow of the writing made it a quick read. The characters have a great relationship with each other. Full of love, tragedy and triumph, a really great read!

Sexy, tattooed rock star = HOTNESS.
The instant connection between Levi and Peyton is swoon worthy. The heat between then is amazeballs. I loved every bit of it. Their love runs deep.

Amazing series!
Loved Peyton and Levi's story and can't wait to read their HEA. Regina Frame is a master storyteller, grabbing your emotions weather it is lust, humor, despair or love. Ready for more Dirty Affliction!

Pretty good, fast read. It does end in a cliffhanger. So there is more to what is going on with this couple. Hopefully it will be good.

Sad
Death is sad. Abuse, whether physical or mental, is sad. Addiction is also sad. All three are dealt with in this too short book. While enjoying the love story of Peyton and Levi, I noticed that a lot of the character interactions come across as more juvenile than adult. I had to keep reminding myself that the characters were mid to late twenties! But, as the saying goes, love conquers all and I'm hoping that remains the case here!
Enjoyable but, again, very bad editing.

If you like a Rockstar romance and a little spice this is the book for you! It was a play hard to get thing but you get my point! Ill read more of Regina Frame!

The second in the Dirty Affliction series, and I do suggest reading the first story, just so you are aware of who's who and the previous happenings. I absolutely loved how this started, Peyton not really giving a care who Levi is, or even liking his music, something that Levi is not used to at all. This was a super fast paced story, BUT we are left hanging on their ending (which sounds odd IK). Once again, if you are not a fan of rockstar stories that give you the ugly side that comes with the fame, then this is not for you. I give this 4 stars.

Book 2 in the series is about Dirty Affliction lead singer Levi Cross. Levi is your typical rockstar he sleeps with countless women and parties a lot until he is given the job of hiring someone to help the band. He ends up hiring Peyton, whom he first came across backstage at one of the bands concert. Peyton has had enough with rockstars, until she gets to know Levi. This book ends on a cliffhanger but it is still a good book.

I enjoyed this book, I was pulled into the story by the end of the first chapter that's were I stayed until I had finished.
There are a few surprises waiting for you within the pages of this book, some you may see coming and others you won't.
The emotions that the characters felt throughout the book I felt along with them. If your anything like me you might want to make sure you have some tissues handy.
I look forward to reading book three.

I loved Levi and Peyton together. The story kept me engaged all the way to the end. The ending was rather abrupt, however, there was a note from the author that there would be a second part to their romance which I’m looking forward to.

This is book two in A Dirty Affliction Novel and it is Levi and Payton’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. Levi is the front man for the famous rock band Dirty Affliction and he is a really big party animal and playboy who lived up to his reputation but when he met Peyton something in him changed and he wanted to become a better person but is that possible after what he has done and the life that he had lived. Peyton used to date a musician until he made it into the big time leaving her behind without a second glance or looking back and that changed her so much that now she has hardened her heart and erected walls around her that was so high that no one could get through and she vowed to never date a musician ever again because she didn’t trust them. This book takes you on a roller coaster ride of emotions and there are some difficult subjects that was written with so much care and compassion that had me in tears but still I couldn’t put this book down as it was a real page turner and so addictive that it had me hooked right from the start and kept my attention throughout. I definitely recommend you read this book and you will not be disappointed and I can’t wait to read more books in the future.

Levi is the singer for the band Dirty Affliction, and he's definitely living the rock star life. Peyton is a girl who didn't know who he was when they talked the first time because if she had, she wouldn't have given him the time of day since she was burned by another musician. Levi isn't used to meeting women who have no clue as to who he is but he finds himself very intrigued with Peyton. These two had the sparks flying so it was only a matter of time, but this is no easy journey that's for sure because the rock star lifestyle isn't always a pretty one but it did make for an emotional read. I have to say, I wasn't impressed with Levi for a cool minute to be honest, but I did warm up to him before the end. Lyric is an addictive read that I enjoyed despite any rage that came up for me, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the second book in this incredible series, and this is Levi and Peyton’s story. Levi is the lead singer in Dirty Affliction, and Peyton is not interested in rockstars thank to her ex. Peyton’s friend wine two tickets to a concert, and at the meet and greet they meet Levi. Levi has certainly met his match with Peyton. This is a well written story which is an emotional roller coaster, and is action packed, with heartbreak, loss, addiction, tragedy, humor, witty banter, and love, which leads to an entertaining and steamy page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this book! It's a quicker read, with deep emotion that pulled at my heart. There were moments that I was fighting tears and other moments that had me smiling. Levi and Peyton click, have a strong connection, and I loved the back and forth between them. The story took me on their journey and left me loving the different characters that are around them. My heart goes out to them and I am looking forward to what more is to come!
