When the scheme fails, Caelum, an Elf who is secretly in love with Arden, comes forward to execute his own punishment on the Woodcutter.
Unbeknownst to one another, this gesture of support sets off a calamitous chain of events and leaves them with an unspeakable choice.

I have always loved hearing about ordinary people that share extraordinary love affairs. Throw in a few twists and turns along the way and you have one of my books. (However, please don't get me confused with a more recent author of the same name because hardcore, adult romance is not my thing.)
