'Don’t be so busy looking over the horizon that you lose sight of what’s already here.'
Hexed tells the story of a headstrong but misguided Wood-Nymph called Arden. Unappreciative of the serenity and bloom of her woodland home, she yearns to sacrifice it for excitement and adventure in the city. After her best friend Clemens, perishes by the actions of Lumbermen in the area, she devises a plan that will both satisfy her need for vengeance and her desire to escape the forest. When the scheme fails, Caelum, an Elf who is secretly in love with Arden, comes forward to execute his own punishment on the Woodcutter. Unbeknownst to one another, this gesture of support sets off a calamitous chain of events and leaves them with an unspeakable choice.
Read on for a fervid tale of an unworldly love, rich in it’s message of friendship, loyalty and selflessness.
