Overall this was certainly a worthwhile program to listen to. There weren't that many exercises listed and some of them were staple techniques but with his own (odd) name to them. It's worth listening to a second time...this time when you actually do the exercises as recommended ;)

Excellent Audio and his voice are very commanding. Loved it.
