Genuinely intense! Paige and Sean might have choices but their needs are what they are. A desire so profound that it will consume them whole if they don't find an outlet. Key players are reintroduce while speculation of others might be lurking behind the scenes. Is Sean really a manwhore? Can Paige give Sean what he so desperately seeks? H.M. Ward has my head spinning. Outstanding writing and a great cliffy. An absolute must read!

In this volume of Manwhore we see Sean and Page's relationship develop further. They both have a need not only for control, but for escape as well. They find this escape at Club Noire, a place where limits are tested, roles and rules are clearly defined, and what you are dealing with out in the real world has no bearing to what happens inside those walls. For the time they are there, they can live in the moment, not think about their lives, what they have seen and what they have lived through.
HM Ward is the master of character development. Both Paige and Sean's characters meet a whole new depth in this installment. Their need for escape, release and control shows the complexity of their lives and the shift they are both going through. My heart actually broke for Sean, he was vulnerable and broken, not the assy control freak we have been accustomed to. I am always so shocked at the twists Holly throws at us while reading. The plot is never predictable, and just when you think you have figured it out, BAM it all changes! In Manwhore all it took was one word, one name thrown into the story and I was completely blown out of the water. My mind began to run and race, so many possible scenarios, and tie-ins to the Sean we know in the Arrangement series. Manwhore 2 has left me with so many questions. I cannot wait for Manwhore 3 to come out to see if my theories are correct and if all my questions are answered.

Firstly, I have to say HM Ward has given us something deep and rich. It’s a sort of turn you upside and turn you around kind of short story. MANWHORE #2 manages to break my heart for Sean and Paige, the two protagonists. Anyone who has read the ARRANGEMENT series (Sean and Avery) will be absolutely floored where this story goes. This novella has a lot to offer! Whether it be a novella, series, or novel, a story is meant to evoke feelings. MANWHORE #2 without a doubt left me a bit broken (not in a bad way) and that feeling still lingers even after finishing. Great stories stay with you and MANWHORE #2 will be that kind of story. It was intense to read so be prepared to be floored. I cannot wait to read MANWHORE #3!

This is the second in a three part series following Sean Ferro during the darkest time of his life.
As I started to read this second part, I'm thinking OMG...this is how it all starts and the true Ferro fans will be so loving these scenes.
Paige is a member of an exclusive club and she is the highest rank and the club is her escape from the stress of her life and things from the past. The scenes in the club are intense and give a deeper insight into the mind of Sean.
The trial doesn't really focus into this part and it's about how Paige can read Sean and give him something that he needs even though he thinks he doesn't need it.
This is a great read, it's quite short but fast paced and extremely addictive to get onto the next part.

Clamps, Hot candle wax and Sex on a stick! Whew, I'm still wiping my forehead after reading this 2nd installment. How far can you go to break someone down and pull them back up? Paige will do anything and everything to break down Sean's walls and peek at the emotional man underneath. Naughtiness goes down between them at Club Noir, but Paige might have went too far. Playing with Sean is like playing with fire and I can't wait to read the last installment in this short story serial. Great story HM Ward!!

I love that books 1-3 came out all together because even though this series is about life during the trial, the sexual tension is nuclear in part two. A couple of characters for the arrangement make an appearance in this book. I love Club Nior. It's totally hot, and I'll admit intriguing. I loved how Paige shows a young woman exactly what she's signing on for by going to club Nior.
You also get to see why Sean did all those things with Avery like put her In a crate. It's like witnessing the creation of the Master Dom. Totally hot!!!!!

Pure, sinful addiction... Manwhore 2 pushes the proverbial "limits" of everyone involved. When Paige's escape from reality directly clashes with Sean's need to forget, a beautiful, yet taboo bond is created. Paige clearly sees though the facade that is Sean Ferro and even though her instincts tell her to run, she simply can't pull herself away from him. After a chance encounter leaves them both in a bit of hot water, Paige become more determined than ever that she truly can help the infamous Ferro. Only the ties that bind this bond are more fragile that either one of them can anticipate.

Can things get anymore intense? 2 broken people trying to find their own release. A roller coaster of emotions. HM Ward does it again making us beg for more of Sean and Paige. You see how Sean turns into what he is today and why he needed to do what he did to Avery in the Arrangement series. How will Paige and Sean keep their secret. This is a must read! Thank you Holly!

I love this author, and I know she writes novellas with cliffhangers. But these 3 felt like an added detail. It gives an explanation to one thing in the arrangement series, but that's it. I finished all three in a few hours.

Manwhore two was something else. We get a real glimpse at why the beautiful tortured Sean is the way he is when he meets Avery, why he scares the ding dong right out of them. Super scary. Anyway, Paige experiments with Sean and things go very ary while she’s trying to help him and just...ugh!

Anyway, Sean is a sweet tortured Ferro, he comes from a rough terrible family, he lost his family, and now Paige is making him look terrible in court, making him seem like a monster. And then she goes and shows him the truly dark side of life and we get a taste of where his “box habits” come from. Sad sad sad and I definitely keep my statement about kicking Paige in the woo-hoo.
Oh sweet Sean how I will miss you forever.

Volume 2 brings to light how Sean started to have the "needs" that he has in The Arrangement series. It is so interesting to be getting such a great view of Sean. Why he became who he is. Paige pushes Sean to the absolute limit, a limit he didn't want to break. She did it. Sean is not very happy about this. Not even a little bit. Let's just say that he get's to repay Paige for what she did to him. You think you know what I am talking about but, you have no idea. Will Paige get what she needs from Sean? Will she be able to help him?
Paige has issues. She has needs that need to be met or she is simply not satisfied. She has some serious issues. The trial is completely int he background of this story. It is there but, not really the focus at all. It is just...white noise really. These two have a very weird kind of chemistry but, it seems to work well for them.
I am loving this series. You guys will go crazy for volume 3!

Oh, Mr. Ferro!!! I'd follow him into the backseat of a car any day. Yep, I said it. This installment is very juicy. There are just a few glimpses of the future Sean here. The magnetic attraction that Sean and Paige have seems incredible. The way that Holly wrote it, it makes me feel it in my chest. This is one of the reason's why she is my favorite author. She knows exactly how to reach out and grab you, make you hold on, and then ball your eyes out. When you read it, it's like you are literally in the story. I LOVE IT!
So, this story lets us in on some of Sean's past and the reason he, umm, is strangely kinky. We also are introduced to a character that is very prominent in the future. It gives us a reference as to how long Sean has known this person. I have to say though, I really like Paige. I'm secretly praying that this story will continue on too. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sean Ferro is one of my favorite characters of all time. Manwhore 2 gives us an inside look at Sean before Avery. We see the personal struggles that this beautiful man went through after the death of his wife, Amanda. Sean was a playboy before he became devoted to his wife. Now he is lost without her. The loss of his wife and unborn child has been devastating to him. He is looking for release and a way to cope. Surprisingly, he has found a way to cope in the most unlikeliest of places, with the woman that is trying to put him in jail for the murder he didn't commit.
You will be taken through the entire gamut of emotions with this book and series. H.M. Ward never fails to deliver a masterpiece with her writing that will bring you into their world effortlessly and leave you wanting so much more.

I like the way H.M. is showing us how beat up Sean is, while he is facing these murder charges. It explains why he is the way he is when he meets Avery, trying to hold back, is he afraid that his heart will be broken again? I do think that Paige is a match for him, she is trying really hard to help heal him and keep him out of trouble all at the same time, she is a perfect match for him at this time in his life. I hope Paige knows what is at stake for her heart and her career. Again, H.M., you really know how to keep us interested in the story, I have read all of the Ferro series and live them all. You are awesome!

This book continues Paige's pov about Sean. Turns out that she is into the dark parts of BDSM and she freaks when she runs into Sean at Club Noir. She feels that he is going to use it against her in order to win his murder trial. After watching Sean more closely, she realizes what he needs in order in order to let go of the past. She used edge play against him, trying to find out what it takes to push him. His triggers ended up being something she was not expecting and uses it to push him over the edge. This book introduces Ms. Black and Gabe. This has me wondering if Ms. Black was running a successful BDSM club, what happened to cause her to go from there to becoming a Madame?

Be prepared to take a cold shower! Holy hotness! The scenes between Paige and Sean are melt worthy! Seeing Sean in that state of mind and asking Paige to show him how she does it, makes the story that much more intense. I am dying to know more about Paige as well. But will helping Sean and getting him to the mindset he wants to be in cost Paige her only escape? Can't wait for more. Always left dying for more!!

As we delve more into Sean's past, we see where some things started from. Paige trying to help Sean come to terms with some issues. There are Gabe sightings. Who will show up next? You never know what to expect. Holly keeps you on your toes. As does Sean, you never really know about him. Is he over the edge? Who will ever really know him? Avery, Paige, Gabe, us? Can't wait to find out more... Getting really interesting!!!

So it seems the Miss Paige has broken the Sean Ferro... Or does she? I don't know because Mrs.Ward and her cliffys.. Lmao!!! Loved this episode, we get a bigger look into Sean's emotions.. When Paige did what she did to him, I almost cried for him, because of what she had said about Amanda being the only one or something to that effect.. Happy Reading... Job well done holly once again :)

A soul calls to another soul ...a damaged soul can bond with another damaged soul because it recognizes pain....on vol 2 we get a closer glimpse into Seans pain over his loss and how he wants to forget or feel anything he wants control over his life and Paige is the perfect person to help him ...Holly made it so perfect that you can feel and picture his pain...I cant wait for 3rd vol im sure you will feel the same

Are there any words to properly explain what I just read without giving it away. One work.... Fuck. A turn of events from where we had left off in vol 1. Paige and Sean. We knew something was going to happen but i didn't expect it to escalate this quickly. Even after that to be found. Oh how will this be handled now.... Next book plz!

Insane inside picture of Sean! If you have read any of the Arrangement Series, this is a must read. That totally dark, mysterious and sexual deviate truly has justification. No spoilers will be given; however, I feel as if I have been placed in a front row seat of Sean becoming Sean! Thank you H.M. Ward for allowing your readers to have an inside view!

Manwhore 2 absolutely tore my heart out. The absolute pain and desolation you can feel for Sean is palpable. Paige is so unexpected. I need to know her story too. What secrets does she keep deep inside? So much is said and expressed in so few words. This volume is raw and leaves you wide open. As always HM Ward pulls me in and keeps me running back for more.
