Pretty Ugly

B.D. Anklevich and Rish Outfield bring you two stories in their Broken Mirror series, where they both write a story based on the same premise. In "Pretty Ugly," both stories are centered around the idea of an unattractive girl suddenly becoming attractive.

Anklevich's story, "The Mirror Sometimes Lies," is about a girl at a party who meets someone very much like her fairy godmother. The Outfield tale, "The Ugly Table," follows a trio of high schoolers who observe some of their fellow students looking better than they did the day before. Also
includes an afterword by Rish Outfield.
