What a great book!!! Once again the author created a fantastic new story. Hydromancist is the fourth book in the Seven Forbidden Arts (fifth including Loving the Enemy). This story is Maya's POV, she possesses one of the forbidden Arts SHE IS A HYDROMANCIST meaning she can manipulate WATER .
As a member of Cain Jones' paranormal crime task force she has a new mission to Costa Rica, she has to destroy an illegal shipment. There she will meet Timothy Fardel, the Australian ambassador who may also be an arms dealer. What will Maya do when she meets the man who is going to change her life?? Will she be able to complete her mission??

I loved those two characters, Maya is a tough and independent woman growing up as colored person in a danger place has developed a strong personality with defenses. Which for me, makes her a unique gifted-Badass character. The story through her eyes made you got totally into the scenery and feel everything she feels, the background description was captivating!!
On the other hand Tim is what is expected to be (in a good way), he is a GENEROUS, SEXY, ALPHA male!! I was totally hanging from his lips...when he was talking to her i was completely stunned, he has such a sexy, hot language...

...Also what about the SECRET he's keeping ooh my.. i didn't expect that, it blew my mind away... that was extremely something knew in the series.

I was very happy that the previous characters were mentioned in the book, i like reading series like episodes and not POVs with totally isolate characters. I don't want to talk about what's happening in the story it's better to read it whole without any spoilers.
I'm pretty sure that the twists, the suspense, the characters and the whole background will not let you down. As for me i'm really
looking forward to read what's next in the series!!!
Ending it, i would like to thank Mrs Pauls for gifting me with this review copy
"I want you to know that you never have to tell me anything. Even if you refuse to tell me who you are forever, this will always be enough."
"She was torn in two. Her heart and mind was splintered, and she had no idea how to pick up the pieces."
