This book is an overview of the world of blogs in libraries, including both use and technological discussions.The authors bring you the whys and how-to's of using a blog in a library context, including the different options available for a library blog, the appropriateness of each option, and the possibilities of each program or service.
Coombs gave good background information on blogging and how to get started on some of the various blog sites--Blogger, Wordpress, etc. She also recommends setting a purpose for your blog and provides some options for consideration. If you know nothing or very little about blogging, this is the book for you.
While this book is a little dated, it's a good start for libraries that want to learn about blogs. I would like to see the others publish an update to this book.
