I am bias - but it is the best book I have written so far... Previous books where ones I felt I have to write (too many misconceptions and bad practices were happening in the web analytics industry). However, this one is the book I have wanted to write for some time - getting to grip with how organisations can make real-world use of Google Analytics data...

This is now the book I'd recommend to anyone implementing Google Analytics (and wish had been available when I started). It spends a lot of useful time on how to get data to be trustworthy, how to keep it that way and how to make sure that analysts have the right context when trying to use the data. Great stuff because this is the hard part. Getting data in is easy, being convinced that it's right and useful is complicated. My only real ding is that for some inexplicable reason you have to buy two ebooks instead of one. But that's minor, it's worth it.

Successful Analytics book is value for money and I would say you will get a positive ROI from the book.

This is the must have book if you are using Google Analytics and i highly recommend it whether you are a beginner or advanced. It covers all areas of Google Analytics in detail to enhance your knowledge. What i am impressed with is the use of practical examples that anyone level of user can relate to.

Keep this book close by whenever you are working on Google Analytics as it will most probably have the answer you are looking for.

Brian's previous books dealt with the detail of GA implementation and usage and became the go-to guide. This one however is for those of us that are already familiar with GA but are struggling to take it to the next level. Very useful for managers of data also. In fact buy two copies - one for you and one for your boss (or visa versa). You will not regret it..!

A great intro for practitioners in the field of analytics beyond the Web. Been working with analytics in one form or another for 15 years and still learned some new stuff, but also helped me to soften up my impostor syndrome, thanks Brian

Very high level

OK for newbies out for concepts. Not good for advanced users or users looking for step-by-step guidance. A quick read, but not informative enough to pay for. Save your time and money.
