In the continuation of On Track but Off Course, The Jeffries find themselves in the midst of trouble in their marriage. Millicent St. James also finds herself traveling down a road that was unforeseen and unlikely, while Jen begins her new life in Miami with Jules. Was Jen's choice the correct one? Is Millicent about to reveal the person she truly is? Is Landon thinking clearly about her relationship and does Todd wisen up or lose everything? Tammy and Kim portray bigger roles as the dynamic shifts with Jen down in Miami, and their spouses, Brian and McCaine, remain present as well. The sensual, romantic drama goes deeper as the story continues to expose the relationships and desires of this entourage in the Midwest.
4.5⭐️ - I really liked this one. The characters were more mature than I could ever be and they handled conflict well. The writing was improved in this one. I thought Todd & Landon would have been able to overcome their hurdle and it hurt me to read that they couldn’t. I am eager to see what’s next.
Yeah it was ok….. I’m not sure if reading book one first would’ve help but i found it pretty easy to follow the characters story. The plot just seemed a bit predictable, along with the spicy scenes, they were the best part of this book. Other than that, I wasn’t that much of a fan.
Unfortunately I read this book which is part two to On Track but Off Course. I still loved it, but had it to go back. Thankfully the writer is a good storyteller so I was able to follow along without knowing the full back story of the characters. I plan on completing the series this weekend with Book three this weekend.
