Valp
15 books6 followersValp is the pseudonym of Valentine Pasche, a scriptwriter, illustrator and colorist of comics. She was born in 1979 in Geneva, Switzerland, where she currently lives and works.
Valp studied at L'école de culture générale (School of General Culture) for one year and L'école des arts décoratifs (School of Decorative Arts) for three years, before she began her work in comics. Her illustration style draws inspiration from Fantasy literature and cinema, as well as Gothic art and Victorian design.
Valp's first series was the five-volume Fantasy Lock (2001–2006). Her second series is the High Fantasy Ashrel (2009–present), the first book of which received the Töpffer prize from the city of Geneva in 2009. Her work has thus far only been published in French.

En suivant Valp sur instagram j'ai craqué pour son style de dessin... Et j'ai donc voulu voir la BD dans son ensemble ; et je ne suis pas déçue du voyage ! J'ai hate de suivre le reste des aventures de Meena et Montague.

Ce fut une très bonne découverte ! Les dessins sont sublimes et l'histoire est prometteuse.
