This cookbook is full of very tasty-looking recipes, and the best part is that they are actually good for you! I've only tried the Paleo Chili so far, and it was delicious. I am looking forward to trying the other recipes in the book. Nutritious! Delicious! A must have for any kitchen! Get this recipe book. You won't be disappointed!!!

It gives you great suggestions over food concepts you haven't eaten or even wanted to try out. The written instructions are clear cut and it feels like the author added his personality into the recipes. I particularly find that to be very important.
