Simple Read

Gives the basic principles and understanding Scrum in a clear and concise short read. I am not one that likes to read long books, especially text books for study. So this was a blessing. This gives me thr jump start to Scrum.

Worth the price for a reference

I used this book as a reference to break down the core principles Scrum and it worked very well. Succinct and clear!

Provided a general sense to it application and flow.

Good baseline on Scrum. It is an easy read, that keeps the concept of its adoption in focus. If your just trying to build an understanding of this framework, it's a good book.

Good as an introduction

It accomplishes its purpose as an introduction.

To improve the book I would include
1. Some chart of the process would have been nice,
2. A comparison to the waterfall method.
3. One or two examples
