I've been waiting ages for "Teen Witchblade" to become an actual thing, and now Switch #2 is out! I'm really enjoying it. Having Sara Pezzini make an appearance is a treat for any Witchblade follower, and even though she doesn't show it, you know she'll be keeping an eye on Mary one way or another. I want to see them interact more in the future.

The writing is good, but Sejic obviously knows what he's doing given his long history with the Top Cow universe. It's nice to see his nerdiness shine through. This issue does have its flaws. For me, the biggest one is in transitions between scenes that can feel disjointed or too sudden. On the other hand, the art is lovely, as usual. I could drink his artwork all day.

Overall, I'm not in love, but I am enjoying this series quite a bit and will continue to follow it.

This keeps becoming more and more intriguing, and caused me to have to go and buy another Witchblade novel.

I don't quite get what the cover has to do with the story in this album, but other than that, it wasn't bad. I liked the nod to the "adult" witchblade.
The art is amazing, as usual, and the story is evolving. Only issue I had, was that it was so short :P

It’s a great story, but this volume is a very short read. I genuinely love the concept though.

Well that happened. But what exactly was it? Those are the biggest questions in Mary's mind at the moment as she wakes up to realize she only has a partial idea of what happened to her. Winged creatures throwing cars on isn't exactly an everyday occurrence after all.

The police are just as clueless especially when other eyewitnesses back up Mary's story. What exactly is going on here and why?

While Mary may still be in the dark about many things one matter is for sure, she's certainly not going to trust the creatures who nearly killed her little brother.

This was a great follow up to the first issue and I can't wait to read the next one.

Fantastic

The reimagining of the witchblade series is really enjoyable and keeps you on the edge the whole time. It's really nice to see a little pandering to fans and put forth. Some effort on a good read.
