Ki is a single mother pregnant with her fourth baby. She wants to move out of Hurt Village projects, but her fiancée Jovian isn’t ready to settle down. Tracy is Jaylin’s ride or dies chick, but she also loves the attention she gets from his friends. Struggling to prove her rank as Jaylin’s woman leads her to many dangerous scenes. She finds out that nothing is as good as it seems and the people that she trust is not who she thought they were. Will she be able to pick up the pieces? Or will she stay and fight for Jaylin?
Liz is Jovian’s side piece, but she refuses to just be his Wednesday and Thursday part-time lover. She wants his all. When her plan to trap him backfires, she needs revenge. But how far will she go to be his one and only?

This book was filled with confused, sexual tension and our foolishness!!!…🤣🤣😂😂
Jovian was out in these streets just nasty for no reason and I’m soooooo happy that Ki had enough sense to funny give him the boot!!!…
Idk about Tracy because she is soooo wish washy and the trust for me is non existent!!!…Jailyn knows she’s messy and Ki looks at him like a brother, so loyalty is one sided for real!!!…
Jovian needed a reality check and he certainly got it too!!!…I’m glad he survived & hopes he comes back better than he was before he was shot!!!…
Liz, poor Liz and her mental state is going to get something she is not prepared for!!!…

Ooh the drama!

Jovian is so.sloppy with his cheating smh. He's very selfish and doesn't care about anyone else's feelings. Tracy is an emotional rollercoaster!. One.minute she's trifling the nxt she's loving. Ki is very smart except for hee initial decisions regarding Jovian. Jay made.my head hurt with his mood swings. Liz and Kaylah are certified nutcases.

This was a great read! Those two brothers are something else! Cheating with women who are friends and also with each others girl! I am surprised no one has tried to kill Jovian! He is such a dog to his mother of his four children! Leave and come back home whenever he’s ready! Like his Momma said “she’s going to get tired of your ways and leave you” His brother jalyn is no better! I can’t wait for these women to move on to something better!

This title definitely fits the book. Mahogany had the worst life imaginable as a child. No one deserves to go through the things that she went through. Her mom is on my hit list. I wish that she was real so that I could whip her a**. She deserved what she got. I hope that part 2 brings Mahogany the life and happiness that she so deserves.

I really enjoyed this book, there were a few issues where the story jumped from one thing to the next and it got a little confusing as to who they were talking about. Aside from that I did enjoy and will be purchasing part 2

Short & Sweet

I likes this book. He has a lot of characters. If I had to make a suggestion...it would be to not have most of the characters names begin with j. It had me lost in the sauce for a min.
