Easy to read and understand.
I found this book cemented some things I intuitively knew. It was nice to find I am not alone in having gifts and to read how to expand them. Some of the exercises I have always done others I am going to try. I wish there was more to the book. I felt it touched on the basics but not enough in some of the chapters. I’d recommend this book to anyone who is interested in furthering their knowledge of psychic development.

I appreciate this read by Emily Stroia. It is exactly as the title indicates—a beginner's guide. It is something I wish I had chanced upon during my beginning, so I see its value. It is definitely worth a read if you are a beginner! You can trust this guide. You'll definitely move on quickly if you are ready for more because it doesn't go beyond the beginner level, so you can trust you won't be overwhelmed or confused by the content.

Super short so very little time to impart much in the way of in-depth information. There were parts that resonated though - namely chapter 6 about meditation and also the chapter about our spiritual journey. The encouragement to “just stand firm in your own light”.
Does it make me want to develop my psychic abilities? Haha no, but like anything I read, I’ll take away what resonates and leave the rest.

A good basic starter guide to your psychic development
This book was very easy to read and everything was explained so anyone could understand the topic. I would just say that sometimes it felt a little rushed, didn't go deep enough into some of the aspects. but you could then read more into those individual subjects elsewhere once you have got a basic understanding from here.
Overall it was an easy and enjoyable read with plenty of activities along the way.

Uma obra muito bem escrita, elucidativa e com vários exercícios para quem se está a iniciar no seu caminho de evolução, o que pode por vezes ser avassalador. Excelente também para quem pretende ter exercícios práticos de desenvolvimento da intuição e dos sentidos psíquicos.

Nice brief to start
Exercise for becoming psychic is useful. In everything you must have passionate soul in you. If someone say we got to see things from soul eyes? What and how is in our hands. It’s a great learning experience. I got to practice and see how quickly I get in track 🦜
