Ashley and her daughter Saia are trying to have a fresh start after her husbands death. They move back to Ashley's childhood home of Cypress Falls and into the infamous Keyhole house. Once back in town the house's mysteries begin to come to light. Together with the help of some new, yet old, friends they figure out the answers to many unanswered questions.

This book was really good and was a tale full of action, the paranormal, and was a great mystery. This was one of those books that just pops up as a suggestion and I'm so glad I chose to read it. It was written very well and kept me very captivated....Stormi

A Ghost of a Story!

A little creepy, but I couldn't put it down. Great characters, and interesting story. I'll read more from this author.

Good read

Good short read. If you are looking for a quick read this is worth it. It's well written but the characters could use a little fattening up if you know what I mean. Some characters are well thought out and introduced. Some seem just thrown in last minute to fill a need or perceived need. Other than that the writer is spot on with a good story. I'm about to begin the second book. Honestly wouldn't do that if the first weren't good. So I'd recommend to all to read this story. Enjoy

A quick read.

So I haven't read this author before, so I thought, looks good, and it wasn't bad. It was quick. Ghosts, psychic kid, possible reincarnation, Meath teacher, and love at first sight rolled into a mystery of what happened to Asa, a young man haunting this home which Ashley, mom and Saia daughter just moved. It was so fast moving and some readers like that, however I felt it lacked substance.

A nice Christian Mystery book.

This story goes beyond a mother and daughter moving to a different part of the country after the death of the husband and father. Well written first in a series.

Hauntingly good read

Great story with enough mystery paired together with a haunted house to make for an interesting read. The characters were easy to connect with. I certainly plan on reading the next book in the series.

Great ghost story

Really good ghost story. Haunted house with a ghost unable to move on. Love and betrayal but in the end peace for all

As far as haunted house stories go, this was just okay. It wasn't scary, it felt a bit juvenile, and it was a sensationalized type of writing style.

Good story

Real twist at the end, a twist that made me sick. Some editing errors, hoping the second story will be better. Good characters, just an ending I didn't like.

Wonderful ghost story

I had just finished another author, and this was a suggestion. Glad it was, because I really enjoyed it. Enough that I will be reading next one after this review.
