I sat down prepared for a long intro, bio, and lead in (as with most books) - instead, she got right to the point with some great no nonsense advice. A deeper dive might have been good.
Time is money. I like how she didn’t ramble to make pages, but was actually helpful. Chick full of encouragement and advice for getting into real estate. Recommend.
Well written with a nice writing style but very short and too general to be helpful. ex. meet brokers- but no guidelines about what to expect for commission, fee wise, or training.
