Alex Martin’s world is changing at an alarming pace. She had arrived at the Wilmot’s mountain compound with her best friend Laura just as all hell has broken loose. A dozen or so blasts set off by a terrorist group had hit most of the major cities in the US. Their compound was also attacked, so they all moved to the fortified tunnels beneath the buildings.
The Wilmot brothers - Grant, Daniel and Roman - were Laura’s men, former military personnel, as were most of their companions. Story: Overall, I enjoyed the book. But by the end, I was wishing that something else had happened. The book always ends right before something important happens and it doesn't feel like an ending. I really wanted Alex to be able to meet her family in this book as well. The sex part of this whole series is a bit much as far as how often they need to do it. That drives me crazy. Other than that, I enjoyed most of the plot and some of the characters unless they were acting like jerks which happened a lot.

I have always loved Trinity's books, they are so much fun. She will always be a fav author of mine and always easy to come to for a good book.
Alex and Laura are pretty close to inseparable, so when all chaos broke loose in our beloved country. Laura's men moved them to an underground bunker and of course Alex went with. This is the story of Alex and the men fated to be hers. Ah but will that happen... Alex is carrying a bit of baggage and not used to having to answer to anyone with her past its made her a bit touchy. Alex's heart aches for the same kind of loving her best friend Laura has.
Bo, Rafe and Justin...they are men on a mission, literally. After spending too short of time with Alex they leave her in the bunker, telling themselves she needed to figure things out. Ha Ha.
Bo is the decision maker of the sexy hot trio... he is also the Alpha, being able to read what his partners need and giving it to them. He isn't quiet sure what to do with Alex, when she is put in harms way all of his instincts drive him to act.
There is a rocky road ahead of our 3 plus 1, with all the danger it keeps each of the right on edge, the edge of hurt, some anger, hot passion and some down dirty rawr sex. Each male has honed their instincts and are more than able to answer the call, people showing up, power going out, virus' being tossed about.. and gifts being amped up. Will it tear them apart or make it easier to come together.?
I just loved it the storyline, all the characters and loved seeing the old characters. I cant wait to read more ...gimmie gimmie.. go grab it I recommend it .. enjoy

Secrets Unwrapped by Trinity Blaciois listed as first in The Sugar Daddies series but it takes over where My Sugar Daddy leaves off. While you can figure out what is going on, I would suggest reading it prior to starting this story. That being said; get ready for entrance into a wonderful new world. I love Alex and the relationship she is trying to build with Bo, Rafe and Justin. She has found herself in the family way, without her men, so learning to accept that they want her for her is a challenge with Alex’s history. But her men were willing to own up to their mistakes and give Alex the patience and devotion she was entitled to.Ms. Blaciodid not make the journey easy for any of her characters. They had no practical experience in making a long term relationship work but they were willing to put the work in to have a future. They had to learn to trust in themselves and each other all while their world continued changing and not in a good way. I love that Ms. Blaciokept things hopping even as Alex learned to depend on her men. Ms. Blacio focused on the relationship Alex had with each of her men as well as her friends and growing community even as she added additional layers to the world she was building. I thoroughly enjoyed catching glimpses of where Ms. Blaciomay take us next even as I fell in love with this budding relationship. I can’t wait to see where Ms. Blaciowill take us next on this journey.

This is actually book two of the series and follows Laura's story in "My Sugar Daddy". This is a series that took me off guard because of the series name. My first thought was no way. I tried it only because of the author, Trinity Blacio has yet to write anything I did not enjoy. I was not disappointed and as I read the first book the name made sense. I kept waiting for book two. Imagine my surprise when I found that it was not only out but had been published first. I snapped it up this wee and wanted to be sure to share it with everyone.
Alex has known her share of pain in life. She and Laura have been closer than sisters most of their lives and when Laura was in in need of a friend she went to Alex when the world as they new it fell apart. Bo, Rafe & and Justin were sent to get Laura's best friend and keep her safe. When they first laid eyes on her they knew they had found the one they were destined to bond with. After one night they are called to protect a town and the orphanage located there. Leaving Alex behind in the underground bunker. While exploring they tunnels Alex is Attacked and her men know that the time has come to claim her and protect her, even from herself. Little do they know that Alex has a secret that might change everything. They are all in for a bumpy ride filled with love, tears, anger, pain and joy. Can each let go of the past to embrace a future together? Bo, Rafe & and Justin better shape up quick as there is another team waiting in the wings to claim their girl if they don't treat her right. Where is the next threat coming from? Could it be in their own back yard?
We learn what is going on with old characters and meet some new ones two. Trinity Blacio has once again build a world that is not only possible but seems terrifyingly real at times. This book took me FOREVER to wade through and when that happens I know it usually can be blamed on one(or a combination or) four reasons.
1) The writing sucks (either the writer is way too cerebral or has problems grasping basic grammar)
2) I myself am distracted
3) The story is needlessly technical
4) I have encountered technical difficulties that resulted in the destruction or loss of the book temporarily.
I did not enjoy this book. Mind you, I believe that the story may have had some draw to it and though I don't presume to guess the reasoning for it, basic grammar was thoroughly sacrificed.
That in and of itself would have been reason enough to garner my disdain, but when added to the fact that at least fifty percent of the dialogue was unnatural....it gave the book a downright creepy feel.
We had characters speaking disjointedly, responding to questions that had never been asked or even hinted at.
Then we have a clear indication that the passage of time clearly is not this author's strong suit, or else everything is SHOCKINGLY close because external reactions were at times seemingly instantaneous.
Characters seemed to be injured by osmosis( because surely didn't forget and reassign an injury).
This felt like reading an extremely rough draft.
I wanted to red line all over it.
In my view this writer needs a stronger support system of editors and proofreaders because this was not a finished product by any stretch.

The only person she has let close is her BFF Laura and Laura's infant son Max. When the three arrogant macho team mates of Laura McGill's men Daniel, Grant and Roman's decide Alex is the perfect woman for them. She is ready to walk away. When her nightmares get a little to close Alex reaches out the men and the next day the volunteer for an assignment away from her. Alex must decide if she should continue to wait and hope for a chance at a future with her men. Knowing she will be forever dependent on them for her very life. Or perhaps the time has come to cut her losses and move on. After all the handsome team doctor and his partners seem to find her just right two and are more than willing to take care of her every need if Bo, Rafe and Justin can protect and care for her they way they said they would.

Alex and Laura are very close. When things go upside down Laura’s men take them to an underground bunker . But Alex is pregnant but still trying to build relationships with Bo, Rafe, and Justin. But can’t believe Laura’s men want her for herself. But Alec is learning to depend on the men.
I like the story and plot a lot. I also liked all the twists and turns Alex went through as well as the men. The characters were really good. I recommend.
