Warrior Goddess Training taught women in ten lessons how to recommit to themselves, assess where they are, harness their strength and creativity within, and gain clarity on where they want to go. They're big steps to take, with big consequences, and the Warrior Goddess Training Companion Workbook supports women on their journey with deeper discussions of each lesson plus supplemental exercises and stories.
This is a great supplement to Warrior Goddess Training.

I completed the workbook in tandem with reading the main Warrior Goddess book, and was disappointed to find that they don't really add much to one another—the workbook really could've just been a downloadable set of worksheets to accompany the book because it's almost entirely just a rehash of the activities outlined there. I'd recommend buying one or the other, not both.
I got the most out of the activities for lesson 4 and lesson 7; lessons 5, 8, and 9 weren't particularly useful for me.
I think the workbook repeated the book to much to be a separate entity. However, I enjoyed doing the exercises and the duplicity. Perhaps, the intention was to really soak up the messages and think about them more than once. I would recommend the first book to anyone and the workbook to those who want to drive the lessons home.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I have always had an inner battle with the word goddess. So when I started this book, my expectation was it would be somewhat woo-woo, but it was really the opposite. I found the writing to be enjoyable, easy to understand, relatable and inspiring. The exercises were enlightening and made me take a hard look at areas of my life that needed some attention. The book was full of grace and common sense. I can tell the author really believes what she has written and wants any one who reads this book to find their true self. I felt by the end of the book a little disappointed that it was done. Usually that is a feeling I get only with a really good novel. I’ve decided to get the companion book and go through the exercises again. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to figure out their true self and live it.
This workbook can be used either along side the Warrior Goddess Training book or after completing it. It is not a substitute for it. Full of exercises this book helps you become the person you were meant to be. Inspiring. Highly recommended.
I found this to be an impressive (and different) approach to self-help work. I ran through these exercises in a weekly group and while uncomfortable at times, helped me grow. I think it's a valuable resource for groups and individuals.
