Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).
If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.
Note: WorldCat is an excellent resource for finding author information and contents of anthologies.

While this contains exercises that are supposed to give you the tools to answer the exam questions, I would have preferred more actual exam-type exercises (although there are some of them). Still, the fact that I did better than I thought in the final mock exam gave me some strength... The key point to passing the listening comprehension exam is the capability to focus all the way through the end, I think. Compared to the other prep books I used so far it didn't feel as useful, but I'm still glad I bought it.
