I have been blessed in this life to not only have parents that support me, but kids that do as well. I grew up in a loving but "Old School" French household. My parents worked for the airlines (TWA) so I was able to see a lot of Europe as a kid. I moved to Seattle Washington at the age of 22 and stayed there for twelve years before moving to Alaska for a little over two. Fairbanks, AK was one hell of an experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back! I spent a little over a year in South Carolina before moving back to Arizona. I then left for Kansas for five years and now reside in Arizona. I've been connected to the military in one way or another for over half my life and wouldn't change a thing about it. Writing has become my full time job and I've never been so happy doing a job I love and being able to do it in my jammies. I plan on writing until I dry up and die. Hopefully, that won't happen soon!
Yep, can't help myself... Don't want to work or eat, just want to read this bloody addictive series. You need to keep you head clear with all of the characters, but it is amazing.
There's still the usual editing mistakes, typos, grammar and tense flaws and an over abundance of cheesy romantic dialogue in these but they're also still captivating and I love reading about this odd fantasy world of assassins and shifters.
This set of stories add magic into mix with warlords and witches and bring in the threat of rogue werewolves to up the ante but, at the heart of them all is still the love story of two men who are meant to be together.
Plus this lot quotes Monty Python and the Holy Grail so it automatically wins on that alone.
Thankfully these books are better than the first few in the series. But I'm getting confused with who all the secondary characters are. There are a lot of secondary characters that are either getting their own story or have already had their story in previous books. A lot of the names sound the same and could get very confusing.
Absolutely love this series and I've read some of them out of order but to find them in a bundle is such a treat. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys this genre with hot men and sexy shifters
Great series. Want more. Great characters and storyline. Brings up a lot of gay issues. A must read. Brilliant. This book makes you laugh, cry and get angry at the in justice.
