This audio contains around 8 or so guided meditations on different themes related to the overall topic of nondual awakening, enlightenment etc. They generally follow Adyashanti's teaching style and his ideas on what those concepts mean (e.g. enlightenment etc). His teaching is closer to modern Advaita, rather than Zen (his historical background). Overall, I was slightly disappointed, since I found most of the 'guided meditations' to be more like Adyashanti just talking softly with generalised advice and teachings (not strictly directed). I liked the "I" presence meditation, and find this to be the most helpful. The first meditation is a Foundation Meditation developing stillness and focus via the breath. Then the "I" feeling meditation. Then "Resting in the conscious ground of awareness", which is an awareness meditation. Then "Embodying Redemptive Love", and some other awareness meditations. I feel that he has done better with his older meditation audio recordings, such as True Meditation, which is more concise and simpler. I can't recall much content when looking back, in this audio, and it wasn't really suitable to play with a meditation group either, unless people don't mind sitting and chilling out to Adyashanti's voice giving general advice on meditation and what it's not, and how meditation fits with other aspects in life such as love, spirituality, etc. etc.
The awareness meditations are worth the package, along with the "I" feeling meditation. For those interested in psychology and emotions, some of the other meditations may be of value.

I don’t like that much guided meditations but the ones from this book are quite nice. I will definitely listen to them again.

Some great information on the approach to meditation followed by guided meditations I have been returning to. I've added the principle describe here to my practice. A very helpful book, really glad I chose it.
