Well it's nice to read relevant examples that are talking about Lithuanian businesses, not Google and Microsoft, for a change. And yet the book would really benefit from adding at least a summary of the disertation the author mentioned to put everything into a context. I know the book is supposed to be inspirational and practical and all that jazz but thicker substance never hurt any book.
Besides the obviously practice-oriented information abundance, the book is written in a way to spark creativity of the reader. So many subtle triggers that appeal both to right and left side of the brain.
