I used to think that my life couldn't get any more complicated. I was wrong. Dead wrong.
Jake is in New Orleans, and he's looking for me. Chase has promised to protect me, but I know the truth. He can't be everywhere at once. And I can't outrun Jake if he really wants to find me.
The best I can do is try to find some kind of normality in my life. But after Chase kissed me, I knew that normal might not be something I can ever accomplish. He awoke something inside me that I thought was dead. And no matter how hard I try, I can't stop thinking about him.

More intense than ever! This third part reaches a crescendo in several aspects. Not only there is a brunt confrontation between Crystal and the husband she fears, but also a big change in her relationship with wonderful Chase.
I liked this determined, alpha-male side of his. He shows how much he wants to protect her. And this behaviour might open up a can of problems in the next installment, but for now it helped Crystal warm to him in very emotional and sexy ways.
My favourite moments were the one in the kitchen, where Cristal proves her smart attitude with the chef, and of course that very heated encounter at the end.

I received a ARC copy of Time After Time #3 for an honest review.
This is one of her best books yet that I have read. It's a great story that will start you on an emotional ride.
The story is well written and the charters are great. I love the story line.
Of course it's to short and has a hell of a cliffhanger. I can't wait to read book 4.
