Seducing St. Nick by Danielle Jamie Marina has vowed to never allow herself to fall for the arrogant playboy, Dr. St. Nick...but sometimes vows are made to broken.
Kiss & Tell by Becca Lee Avoiding the festivities of Christmas is virtually impossible for Jenna. Not only is she forced to man the community fete’s kissing booth, but Nick, a man she’s been lusting over for far too long, finally finds the perfect opportunity to get her to kiss and tell.
Kaithlin Shepherd was born and raised in Canada where she learned to figure skate and where she crafted a love affair with coffee. Growing up in a household filled by strong headed women, she learned early on that life is what you make it. Creating a world away from her own day to day, she loves the feeling of creating a universe where her fans can forget about everything in their life. She loves writing alpha men characters and she doesn’t shy away from turning up the heat with scorching hot sex scenes.
I was given this book in return for my honest review.
I have previously read and reviewed two of Katherine May's other books and was delighted when I was given this ARC.
Ariana Gilbert is your typical "Ugly Duckling". She was a complete and total nerd in high school, with bad hair, no chest and lets not get started on her clothes but what a difference a few years can do. After graduating from law school and deciding that the family business was not where she saw herself, Ari soon lands a job working for her high school crush, Jude Shepard. But with his horrible attitude and his blatant ignorance to who she is, Ari decides that her main mission is to help Mr. Shepard loosen up. But how? With his horrible attitude and his disdain for the upcoming holidays, what can she do to make him happy?
Jude Shepard had everything in high school, good looks, the pretty high school girlfriend, popular friends but what he didn't have was the love from his father. Yes his grandfather left him the family business when he died but the last person Jude wanted to become was someone like his horrible father. However with the mounting pressure of running a multi million dollar oil business, Jude is loosing his battle. That is until his 11th secretary/personal assistant walks in the door. He is captivated by her looks and can't seem to get her off his mind. But with a upcoming trip to Miami, will Jude be able to keep his distance?
This is a quick read that will leave you smiling at the end. My only complaint is that it ended to quickly, I wanted to hear more about Jude and Ari. I wanted Jude to Woo her but I understand that with a box set the author had to keep the story short and sweet.
Way to got Ms. May! TOTAL 5 "SWEET" STAR READ!!!!!!
Such a wonderful collection of short stories. Every short had different heat levels and some really great characters and really funny adorable moments! A must read that made me really impatient for the holidays!
This is a set of great books of different "heat" levels to change the Scrooge inside of you! Most of the books involve a "Scrooge" who needs to find the real happiness of Christmas!
His Christmas Miracle by Kaithlin Shepard
Aria Whitley moved to Jackson, Wyoming with her seven year old daughter Alexis after getting divorced. Little did she expect to meet Jayce Connelly who visits her bakery everyday but has no interest in a relationship and hates Christmas, Aria's favorite holiday. Yet, when Aria is unable to give Alexis the Christmas she wants to, will Jayce pull through?
This was a great book at moving on and why it's hard to let go of the meaning that certain holidays bring when they are attached to events in life. I loved the reasons Jayce was there for Alexis and Aria and how they helped him heal and provide him with a Christmas miracle!
Presents and Possibilities by V.Cantrell
Lily James is the manager of Creative Image, an event planning firm that is in danger of losing the city's contract unless she can convince Tyler Stone, the owner of Stone's BBQ to cater the event.
Unfortunately Tyler has no love for Christmas, and no desire to do the city's Christmas event, but his attraction to Lily may change his mind.
This was a sweet story about finding love at the right time and waiting for the right time to make your move! I loved Tyler's character and how possessive he was over Lily, right from the beginning! Great story about moving on from the past.
Seducing Mr.Scrooge by Katherine May
Ariana Gilbert has just landed a new job in Boston, working for her high school crush Jude Shepard. Only he has no recollection of her and it is no surprise why he has had so many secretaries in a short amount of time. Only, Ariana isn't prepared to give up on her dream man yet, even when he announces that she will have to work on Christmas instead of being with her family.
Ariana begins to scheme her way into making this a Christmas that may make Jake change his opinion on Christmas.
I enjoyed this story and how Jude managed to see the importance of Christmas to those around him, even if he initially did not feel the same.
Belle's Christmas Miracle by Mari Brown
Six years ago Sierra Connor made the most difficult choice of her life by walking away from the love of her life Cage Sawyer. Cage was dealing drugs and sleeping with too many different women and Sierra needed to start over.
Yet, she finds herself back in town looking for Cage in hopes that he can help the daughter he knows nothing about who is fighting for her life. But Cage isn't happy that Sierra has kept this from him and that she walked away when he needed her most.
I really enjoyed this story and the emotions that came with it. It is a story of forgiveness and trying to save yourself when you feel like you can't save the one you love and how they need to change to save themselves on their own. I loved the bond that Cage had with his aunt Sheila and loved the warmth of her character! A really great read!
A Christmas Makeover by Amy McClung
Thatcher Cole hates Christmas due to a rough childhood and the wonderful present his ex-wife gave him three years ago. Unfortunately his next renovating job is for Skye Noel who absolutely loves Christmas on her new house.
The temperature inside Skye's new place just got hotter as Thatcher moves in to get the job completed in time and the two share an interest in the other. But Thatcher doesn't want to get close to any woman again, especially one that loves the holiday that he hates!
I liked the dynamic of the two and how both chose to react to their life situations to different ways. I think this is so prevalent in today's society and I enjoyed seeing how everything went down.
All Wrapped Up by Lola Stark
Rory Reynolds is ready for a new start in a new town after her fiancé tells her he doesn't love her anymore. On her flight Rory meets the mysterious Jasper and begins flirting with him and joking with him, thinking she will never see him again.
But she does and it's instant passion. But Jasper has an unexpected ghost in his past and will Rory be able to move on when she discovers it?
I really liked this "hot" story as it constantly made me laugh! There were so many humorous parts to it and it was easy to fall in love with both Rory and Jasper.
Mistletoe and Scrooge by Debra Elise
Grant Conrad hates Christmas but is desperate for a date for an event with Kemper Technologies. His assistant, Kathleen McMannis arranges for her neice Sophie to go with him. Sophie runs her own party business and absolutely loves Christmas! She is going to do everything she can to change Grant's mind!
This was a great story and I absolutely loved Lily Ann Dupree! I think the book really shows the good of the holiday in making everyone feel happy, no matter where they are. I think it also makes you really think about the troubles that you have and how they may feel big but that generally things could be worse and just stick with it and be happy!
Mistletoe by Vanessa Morse
Holly Mills has every reason to love Christmas, as it is her birthday but after catching her fiancé with the girl across the hall on Christmas it's no longer her favorite but this year she plans on celebrating in a big way with her best friend Skyla at the club where Ethan. Skyla's brother works. And there to look out for her is Aaron, Ethan's friend.
But after something goes wrong will Holly find out what happened with Aaron and is he what she has been looking for?
This book had some scary events and I couldn't imagine what would have happened if it wasn't Aaron. I loved seeing how Holly interacted with her family and there was definitely a lot of laughs!
A Christmas Wish Come True by Ann Grech
Declan is a secret founding owner of City of Sin, one of the hottest underground gay sex clubs but is still in the closet himself, afraid of what his mom, step-father and straight step-brother Ollie would think of him. His club organizes a Superhero Masquerade Party where he meets Batman and he is instantly taken with him and they proceed to have a night of passion. But, Declan is conflicted with his feelings towards the mysterious Batman and those for his step-brother Ollie.
This was a great book and I loved the communication between Declan and his mom. I think sometimes the truth isn't as hidden as we tend to think it is and acceptance can be easier to get than we thought. I loved the heat between Declan and Batman and believe that the chemistry they had was real!
The Christmas Hunt by KD Robichoux
Kayla has finally found her dream guy with Jason, the tatted-up bad boy that she has always wanted. But this Christmas something seems to be wrong with Jason and Kayla's not sure what is up.
I am assuming that this is about the author herself but it wasn't until I wrote the review until I figured it out. I liked the humour in the book with what Kayla wanted for Christmas and that maybe what Kayla thought she wanted wasn't really what she wanted after all.
Seducing St.Nick by Danielle Jamie
Marina Tate is the head nurse at St.Nick's Children Hospital in Boston and will be working on Christmas. Unfortunately for her the hot and really grumpy/conceited Dr. Deacon St.Nick is also working.
But a visit from the stars of the local professional football team, including the quarterback, Tanner Brady, may give a certain doctor a dose of his own medicine.
I really liked the story and the jealousy that seemed to be present with quite a few of the characters. I must admit that the ending left me hanging and I know some people love books where the ending is somewhat left to your own devices but I need completion!
Kiss and Tell by Becca Lee
Jenna has been tricked into manning the kissing booth at the community Christmas fete by her best friend Lydia. Jenna is not a fan of Christmas since her cheating husband left her and her son Sam 4 years ago, two days before Christmas. But Lydia has a plan to change Jenna's opinion and it involves her husband Jeff's best friend Nick.
As Jenna and Nick begin to talk maybe they have more in common than they initially thought and the support that Nick gives her with Phil may change her mind about Christmas!
One thing I truly loved in this story was Nick saying when we hate something due to someone else, it gives that other person power over us. I really liked that and it resonated deep with me. I loved Nick and everything he gave Jenna just by being by her side!
I've read thru half of these scrooge stories... I was surprised to find the man was not always the grinch ;) As I sit here writing this review I'm in front of our tree we just decorated exited for the upcoming holiday. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did and wish you a very Merry Christmas!!!
If I get more time, I'll come back and add additional reviews :)

His Christmas Miracle 5* Sweet and full of hope and Christmas spirit, packed into a short story. Jayce hates Christmas for very genuine, tragic reasons but with Aria and her daughter, Alexis, in his life the magic of Christmas starts to weave it's spell on him.
Presents and Possibilities 4* Tyler is the Scrooge here and makes Lily's life difficult when he refuses to cater a Christmas Eve party. Working together on a number of events, they become closer and sparks fly. This was so funny with the mishaps that take place at the events they work! A lighter side to Christmas.
Seducing Mr Scrooge 4* Businessman Jude has focussed his time and effort in running a successful business. An unhappy upbringing has him ignoring Christmas. Ariana has been waiting for a chance with Jude since high school and when a chance arises to be his assistant she seizes it. Christmas joy and happiness comes back into his life thanks to Ariana. A slow seduction but the pleasure is in the waiting.
Belle's Christmas Miracle 4* A sweet and romantic read of second chances and the magic of Christmas. A Christmas miracle in the making as Cage and Sierra find themselves facing past life choices.
A Christmas Makeover 4* Let down by his family and ex-wife, Thatcher despises Christmas. When he shows up at Skye's door to do some handyman work, he finds himself confronted with his worst nightmare: a woman who loves and embraces all things Christmas. Can Skye melt the ice around his heart in time for Christmas? A slightly frustrating read as the characters have a tendency to walk away rather than face issues but still a heart-warming, magical story.
All Wrapped Up 4* It is a toss up as to whether Rory or Jasper is the most anti-Christmas but Rory has the edge and it is up to Jasper to show her a good time. Rory experiences a number of calamities that just add to her feelings about the season but these are hilariously funny to read. It is also a hot and spicy read as things heat up between the two of them and Rory's luck begins to change.
Mistletoe and Scrooge 4* Mr Scrooge, aka Grant, needs someone to accompany him to a Christmas event, not because of the festivities but the business it can bring him. Sophie is the lucky woman but in loving Christmas she attempts to coax him into the Christmas mood. It is a beautiful Christmas story, giving hope of good deeds.
Mistletoe 4.5* One night to forget all the bad Christmas memories, turns into the night that Holly falls for Aaron, who has admired her from afar. Unfortunately Holly wakes up not remembering what happened. Can Aaron convince Holly to let Christmas and him in? A different take on the Scrooge effect.
A Christmas Wish Come True 3.5* Declan has been hiding his true self and making himself miserable. An encounter with Batman reignites his passion and has him thinking of the one man he has always wanted: his step-brother Ollie. Although set at Christmas, it lacked the magic of other stories in this collection.
The Christmas Hunt 4* A fairytale come true at Christmas. It is the first Christmas Kayla and Jason have spent together but Jason's mood swings are testing even Kayla's Christmas spirit. A sweet and fun family Christmas story.
Seducing St. Nick 3.5* Dr Deacon St. Nick does not live up his seasonal namesake's reputation. Marina finds him arrogant, cold and nit picking, despite his hot body. Full of Christmas cheer but cut a little short for my liking.
Kiss and Tell 4* A kissing booth at a Christmas fair brings Jenna and Nick together at Christmas. Jenna's ex sucked all her Christmas spirit out of her but Nick can help bring it back. A quirky and fun Christmas read.
It wasn’t that Lily disliked Olivia exactly; it was just Olivia was the spawn of Satan. She was the most selfish and hateful person Lily had ever met, and she really hoped Karma bit her in the ass.
There is no way Aunt Louise can sit next to Sheila Harris. Those two old biddies are meaner than rattlesnakes and will fight like cats and dogs.
I needed my smart juice to start flowing so I wasn’t a complete idiot my first day.
Jude was amazing. He was lethal in the sense that he could show you the reasons you should buy whatever he was selling. ‘Buy this flaming bag of dog poo; trust me, you don’t want to be without it,’ and for some reason, you really would contemplate buying the damn poop.
I think someone superglued my foot in my mouth.
Be sure to add Chapstick to your shopping list. We’re going to need it.
For virtually two whole months, the piece of crap hadn’t seen his son. It was on her lips, the need to cuss him out. Her leg also tingled, wanting to kick him in the nuts.
My Review:
I enjoyed this collection and found it an interesting premise as each short story of this anthology contained a character that did not enjoy or even despised and avoided the Christmas season for various reasons – such as past traumatic events, divorce, betrayal, loss, or just bad memories such as heinous parents/childhood. Each of these “Scrooge” types experienced an unjolly association and were not at all merry during the season until they underwent a mental and emotional transformation by opening their hearts to a new or second chance love affair. The stories were generally quick reads with a sweet ending and varied in their level of steam from mild to scalding. I was only familiar with one of the authors when I started – the talented Ms. Becca Lee, whose participation was reason enough for me to pick up the book ;)
I loved reading all these great holiday stories. There's a mix of hotness so there's something for everyone in this book.
They were all quick reads and when I finished the last one, I had a smile on my face because they all made me happy.
I'm going to concentrate on one of the stories for this review though.
The Christmas Hunt - KD Robichaux
This was by far my favorite of the stories only because I feel like I was there with Kayla and Jason for their first official Christmas together since Kayla moved to Texas because Kayla's books are her real life story of getting her HEA.
This book is no different in that she has a way of bringing us right into the living room with her and Jason. One of my favorite lines from this book is when she's describing Jason's mood before they leave for their Christmas dinner with her brother and sister-in-law....
"After a typical Avary-disturbed night of sleep, I woke up super excited to spend a four-day weekend with my man, and he woke up acting like someone had peed in his Cheerios."
You can feel the excitement of the kids as they're opening their presents and almost hear the squeals of excitement too! However, the very best part of this little novella is Kayla's true Christmas Hunt. Not that I didn't already think Jason was swoonworthy, this just sealed the deal again!!!
If you're looking for a holiday read that's fun and sexy, go 1-click this book today!
What do you do when a loving but broken-hearted mother has lost her love for Christmas? You set her up with a love so true, so intense, and so resolute that even her anger and distrust can’t deter. Then you allow that love to show her everything that she has missed out on, but that is now within her grasp. Afterwards, she will have to decide if she will risk opening her heart and life to another man. In this case, she has more just then herself to think about it though.
Becca Lee gift of “Kiss & Tell” is such a tender yet spicy tale of how the special holiday spirit can be used to bring hopes and dreams to life even after the darkest of nightmares. Love and time can bring you even more then you ever hoped for if you just don’t give up. Let your heart heal, and then allows it to feel, love, and live again. Your life will be brighter, happier, and bigger for it.
This is a beautiful story and is perfect for the up-coming Christmas holiday. Indulge in the beauty and cherish the love that flows from the pages to your heart. This is one story that will light the darkest hours and warm you in chill of the night.
It took me a while to finish and to write my review, but it was worth it! I received the book as an ARC from Katherine May’s. I’m very happy that I had the opportunity to read Katherine’s story as well as the stories from the other authors.
Katherine’s story centers around Ariana Gilbert. The poor girl was the high school nerd. She blossomed after graduation and no longer looks anything like the flat chested, frizzy hair wall flower. Through everything, she never forgot her secret high school crush, Jude Shepard. Jude was the popular boy in high school who had everything. As an adult, Jude has become a multi-millionaire scrooge. So what happens when Ari decides to take the position as a personal assistant for Jude? I’m not going to tell you, you have to read the story.
I loved it along with all the other stories. There’s something in this box set for everyone. If you like steamy romances, this is a perfect set! Even after the holiday, what a fun box of good reads!
**ARC RECEIVED FOR HONEST REVIEW** 12 sey stories that will definitely get you into the christmas spirit !! Loved each and every story in this set. Some were sweet, some were sexy, some were downright delicious !! I especially loved Ann Grech's M/M stepbrother romance as i'm a huge M/M fan !! Fantastic read !
I was so excited to have a book that had stories by both Danielle Jamie and Kayla Robichaux. Of course they didn't disappoint!! Loved both of their stories!!
I was so excited to have a book that had stories by both Danielle Jamie and Kayla Robichaux. Of course they didn't disappoint!! Loved both of their stories!!

A Christmas Makeover by Amy McClung -- 5 stars
These two make for one hot and steamy story. There is so much tension one moment and then even more passion the next. And now a bit about the story...
Skye is strong willed, a lover of all things Christmas, a recent divorcee, and the owner of a home in desperate need of repair. Thatch is the red hot handyman any woman would want to hire, also divorced, but based on past experience he hates Christmas. When these two meet the sparks fly in more than one way. Can Thatch fix her house or will they burn it to the ground?
Favorite passage: "I'm proud of you for getting back out there. And if hot handyman sex is working for you, then I think it's great."

All Wrapped Up by Lola Stark -- 5 stars
Cute holiday story about regaining your Christmas spirit. Funny, filed with lots of sex and one bomb dropped in the middle of all the happiness. And now a bit about the story...
Rory is no longer engaged, her parents died in a car accident years ago, and now she is all alone just days before Christmas. Deciding to start over she moves across country via plane, a ride that may forever change her life. Jasper is on the plane next to her, but neither in the mood for conversation. A little turbulence changes that. Can one pocket of air move so much and change their lives?
Favorite passage: "You're welcome to stay there," I told her when she still hadn't stood up, "but I can't promise I'll behave myself."

Mistletoe by Vanessa Morse -- 5 stars
I've heard people with their birthday at Christmas time either love it or hate it. This story is the tale of a Christmas baby who learns to love it again having a Holly Holiday!! Lots of laughs and passion for Holly and Mr. Mistletoe. And now a bit about the story...
Holly has decided to take her life back! She is going to go out and have a great time until she wakes up with a hottie and can't even remember going home with him. Is it a disaster waiting to happen or her Christmas wish come true...
Favorite passage: "I'm a tropical Christmas treat. Maybe, you should take me home and unwrap me."

The Christmas Hunt by KD Robichaux -- 4 stars
Quick and fun story about at large family and one grumpy Gus who has a surprise up his sleeve. And now a bit about the story...
Kayla and Jason are headed to her families house to celebrate Christmas, but her boyfriend has been in a bad mood all day. Their youngest still doesn't sleep thru the night, but he is being scrooge mcduck!! Can they make it thru the holidays without killing each other?

Seducing St. Nick by Danielle Jamie -- 5 stars
Great start to what seems to be a very dramatic hospital romance. There is lots of comedy, jealousy, and empathy. And now a bit about the story...
Marina is a nurse in the oncology wing at the children's hospital. They are getting ready for the annual Christmas party. She gets roped into being Mrs. Santa Claus and hit on my man whore star quarterback, glared at by fellow nurse who wants all the men to herself, and the unwanted attention of one Dr. Deacon St. Nick.
Favorite passage: The guy had his entire privileged future planned out for him from the moment he flew out of his mother's vagina.

Kiss & Tell by Becca Lee -- 5 stars
Funny story of a small town kissing booth at Christmas time in Australia. Single mom who was left by her cheating husband 4 years ago has lost her Christmas spirit. Can one kiss bring it back? And now a bit about the story...
Jenna is put up to manning the kissing booth by her best friend. When her son, Sam, tells her she will do great because she is beautiful, how can she not agree to kiss for the fund raiser. But are there rules for a kissing booth? Can you refuse a kiss? When Nick shows up she is considering it...
Favorite passages: - "So, despite your mild hysteria, you're not running for the hills. I'll take that as a good sign, right?" - There went her dancing vagina again. She melted into him and released a content sigh.
Tempting Scrooge is an accumulation of twelve short stories by various authors. They are faced with their own Scrooge and need to find some closure. Will they be swept away by their Scrooges, or will they resist. The stories range from the very tame to erotic and graphic. They are short so they can be easily read in an hour. It is a really good book which I took a long time, for me, in reading. I savored one story per night for at least twelve nights. This made it even more enjoyable. Seducing Mr. Scrooge is by Katherine May. She is one of my favorite authors and she doesn’t let me down in this short story. Ariana Gilbert is off to her first day working for Jude Shepherd. She kept tabs on his secretaries so that she knew the minute he needed a new secretary and got her application in immediately. She had been warned that he was very difficult to work for and kept everyone scared to death of him. However, she knew she was meant for this job as soon as she walked in. She had also known him in high school but he was the football star and she was a nerd. In the years since, she had outgrown her nerdiness and had a law degree. However, she didn’t like being a lawyer so was ready for something else. She isn’t, however, going to let anyone put her down or run over her. She clashes with Jude on day one. Will this job last? Her first assignment is to go with him on a business trip over Christmas. He doesn’t celebrate Christmas and it is her favorite holiday. Can she change his mind?
Usually when you read an anthology you only find a few stories you like. That's not the case with this one each story drew me in and I loved the characters. I had a couple that were my favorites.
His Christmas Miracle by Kaithlin Shepherd In this story you meet Aria and Jayce. Jayce is against Christmas due to a tragedy and wants nothing to do with the holiday or Aria. The highlight of Aria's day is when Jayce comes in her bakery every morning. Even though the attraction is strong between them Jayce fights it as hard as he can until an Aria needs him. This is a true Christmas story for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Seducing Mr. Scrooge By Katherine May Ariana and Jude went to the same high school together but they weren't in the same group of friends. Jude was the popular one where Ariana was the geeky shy one. Ariana comes to work for Jude and decides to try and bring the holiday spirit back into his life. Jude is afraid of turning into his father so during a trip he lets things between him and Ariana progress into something more than just work.
These were 2 of my favorites in this great anthology. I would recommend this book to anyone that loves a great Christmas romance. This book has it all great characters and stories that will have you wanting more. This is a 5 star read for me.
I have only read Seducing St.Nick by Danielle Jamie in this anthology so far.
Holy Crap can you say sexual frustration these 2 have it bad. Nurse Marina goes from hating him to wanting to fu#k him and back again all through the story. Dr. Deacon is a hot douche doctor that every nurse wants a taste of but there is more to him.... Just when things start to get steamy, in true Danielle fashion she leaves us wanting more. I need more of this story!!!
"His Christmas Miracle" enjoyed it very much. A sweet short Christmas story" "loved the short stories so far. But I think my favorite is Belle's Christmas Miracle by Mari Brown. that one will put tears in your eyes." "finally almost done! most of this book has been good. Sweet Christmas stories. However, A Wish COme True was so not my type of read and it was very predictable. Then Seducing St. Nick ended on what I feel is a cliff-hanger. Now to finish this thing up and move on!"
What!!! I hate cliffhangers right know I am so hooked to Dr.St Nick and Marina as soon as I started to read it I wanna know we're they end up :( I'll have to patiently wait for the whole book to come out.. but it was awesome I loved it. Wish they would get there heads out of there passes. Megan is annoying that's all lol
I read the short story in here by Danielle Jamie! Oh my gosh.. I loved it. I want more- so much more from them! It's sexy, inspiring and man I want to know more about those fabulous amazing characters!!!!
