Xyla Turner was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She has always been a writer, even as a teenager, she wrote short stories and essays that won awards and nation-wide competitions. Xyla is an avid reader of romance novels and a sucker for sassy females and dominant males. She is a lifelong learner, High School Vice-Principal and a pretty good Auntie. Outside of reading, Xyla likes to spend time with her family and friends, experiment with dangerous adventures and travel. She writes different genres, but her favorite is romance.

I really like the character, Xena. She's a no-nonsense type of female that does not back down easily. She & Xavier are the perfect couple. This was a great follow-up, nicely written with a smooth flowing storyline. Great read!

Well I loved picking up with Xavier and Xena. Xavier is up to his controlling tricks and Xena is not having it. She can't believe he keeps hiding things from her, however, her checklist is getting more and more checks along the way. Xavier is having tantrums along the way, because the last thing he wants to do is lose her. Xena is keeping quiet aboout the things she keeps finding out. FINALLY, she tells Xavier its over and packs her things. wow, it was a day no one will forget.

Matt comes to help Xena's friend and we all realize he is getting his nose blown open. Xavier even figures it out and finds it hilarious.

However, the truth is revealed and they share a special moment with about 14 friends. Jackson has stepped into some crap and it leaves us knowing he will get a piece of this storyline all to himself..

A few typos, but a great read..Thank you Ms. Turner...looking for more in the near future, PLEASE.

I wanted to give this book a higher rating, but the errors went from bad to worse, even using the wrong name for a character. There were many twists that kept me going, but the ending was a complete turn off. Who ends a book like that? I was so disappointed that the cliffhanger had a cliff. I bet the story did not realize it was coming to an end sense the ending was so abrupt. It was a good story up until that point. I was disappointed by this type of ending.

The Chase II (Double XX Book 2)

Surprise, Mark Gavin was a scary/cray-cray contender for the crazy sh*+ he pulled. Yes indeed, cuckoo bird from the Caribbean. In this book we come to see Xavier and Matthew Andrews in a different light, too. How the brothers became rich is eye-opening...hard work! Not just rich men but real men...D@mn, d@ng. The added suspense and the drama makes this novel a page turner.

Just curious, Matt has taken a liking to Penelope or Tiffany who works for Xena? That gave me some pause as well as some of the punctuation and grammatical errors. Yet I was still able enjoy this sequel and would recommend it because of the good storyline and the smooth development of the characters. It's a 3.5* read.

I'm glad the author gave a little insight on Xander's background. It explained why he was so protected and crazy on Xena. I can't wait to read more about them. I also would like to read more about Penelope and Matthew. I think they have some chemistry between the two.

Love Me Some Xavier

I love an alpha male. Xavier and Matt puts the a in alpha. Xavier really loves him some Xena. I really believe they were made for each other. Can't wait to read the next book in the series.

I absolutely loved this book and the first one. If you're fifty shades of grey you will love these books. Xyla is an amazing author and I can't wait to read more from her.

I love Xena & Xavier's story. I haven't read a bad story that Xyla has written. I can't wait to read part three because I know that Xavier is going to come through for Jackson in a huge way. Matt & Penelope would also make a cute couple. I'm going to end my review there before I give away to much.

Crazy in love

There's no hating X2! Even though you want to scream at Xavier, you can't help but love him. His love for xena is a love most people wish for. I love how xena remained true to herself n was willing to stand firm in her decisions!!!!! Can't wait for part three!

Okay, this is just torture! So hopefully the next book will be shortly delivered. Xavier and Xena deserves a happily ever after!
