Too many forced rhymes and too much politics

Poetry is definitely something that is a personal taste so you should probably check this out yourself.

For me.... This book was definitely not my flavor. I found the selection of poems to be trying much too hard to be "important". Lots of heavy handed political statements with a self righteous tone. I prefer my verse with subtlety.
