Will David and Emily succeed in finding the missing persons and solve the abduction mysteries? Are they willing to pay the price for their decisions? Who can they really trust?
The premise of this book had me intrigued. However, the writing is absolutely grueling. It's very choppy and not at all how people think or speak. I managed to read through till the end, but I'm not sure quite how that happened. I guess I was dedicated just to finish it. The grammar and punctuation are way off. If that is something that you can live with, then by all means... read the book. I will not be reading any others by this author.
Even though I found this story a little hard to follow sometimes, it kept you engaged until the end. I didn't know it would end with a cliffhanger. Can't wait to see what happens to Orlando and Emily!
Interesting scenario with developing characters and a complicated plot. However, the dialog is so stilted that I thought it might be translated from a foreign language into English.
I really enjoyed reading this book . That is until I got to the ending. You are left hanging as to what happens to the main character of the story or what happened to the kidnapped boy or girl. Is there a second book????
