Literally, life changing stuff! I found the author’s website (which is AMAZING!!) a few months ago and have been reading everything I can get my hands on about Depth Psychology. I will tell you the most important thing about it: It Works!!! Just a few months of research & completing the author’s suggested exercises has made a world of difference in my moods, self esteem & over all out look on life!! Really can’t thank this author enough!!
