Legacy - Book 7 the final epic instalment in the Devil’s Spawn MC series…

Ever wondered what happened to the children of Devil’s Spawn MC? Well, here’s your chance to find out…

Follow the lives of Kane, Cody, Emmaline, Anna, Dakota, Kellen, Bryce, and Amalia as they navigate their way through the minefield of lies, secrets, and deception on their road to what they hope is a happy ending.

Learning from their parents before them what not to do, they all believed they were clever enough not to fall into the same traps. However, what they didn’t take into account was no two stories are ever the same, and that no less applied to them than anyone else. Realizing quickly that it’s the journey they take to get to the end that matters the most some decide to give up and enjoy the ride, but others…Well, others have a harder time of accepting their fate that awaits them at the finish line.

“Sometimes you put walls up not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.” - Socrates

*This book is an extended length novel as it covers four couples in total. It is written in two parts and contain an intermission in the middle. At approx. 400 pages, and 126,000 words, this is a compelling, nail biting read for the current die-hard readers of the previous Devil's Spawn MC novels, and an excellent insight into the MC for all those new readers out there.*

Arrow was a dick... #JustSaying

==============
UPDATE: 2018
==============
One of the heroes does not want to have children. Our heroine came from a horrible home and her biggest dream is to have a family.
Another hero has fucked everything that breathes and has a hole while waiting for the heroine to reach the right age.
Another hero is a complete asshole who likes to play pranks on our heroine and humiliate her publicly. In addition he took her virginity and soon after left her alone in a remote place. She had to ask for a ride to a stranger to return home.
Another hero is in love with our heroine, but he still gets a woman and decides to marry her. She, despite being his best friend, learns through a telephone call. He still takes another woman to meet his family and everything.
All heroes are big assholes and all heroines are weak and doormats.

Watching Kell with more women than I could poke a stick at hurt. No, I lie, it burned.

I’m humiliated that I’d forgotten he was in here with a woman not seconds before I walked in, and I’m disappointed he’d think I’d be okay with that. Some of my mortification starts to subside when I glance up at him.

==============================
“We’re going to get married soon, baby, but when we do I don’t want kids. I don’t ever want kids, Emma. If you’re good with that then we can get started planning, okay?”

Amalia saw him a Rough Shod several times with various women,...

There was only one dark spot in our reunion, and that was when Kane confessed he had indeed slept with three other women.

==============================
I gave Bryce Adams my virginity and he took it without reservation. That night was amazing, more than I could have dreamed of, and I’d dreamed about doing this with Bryce a lot in the years that preceded it.

Within seconds of withdrawing himself from me, literally, he fucked it all up (no pun intended).

Bryce got dressed, tied off the end of the spent condom, one he unceremoniously dropped down beside me, and walked away. He didn’t check if I was okay or offer to take me home, nothing. What made matters worse was he drove us to the stream, which is four miles from his house and six from mine so I had no way to get home. Bryce couldn’t even take a second to help me up from my prone position before he ran off in the direction of his truck not looking back. He did do something though, he broke my heart. It was the first time I’d had my heart shattered but it wouldn’t be the last, and each and every time that followed it would be him who did it.

Reaper and Ade didn’t judge or disparage me, they treated me with care and consideration something I wasn’t used to.

“Are you gonna say anything about that comment, brother because if you don’t, I fucking will,” Tank growls at my Dad.

If you saw Arrow with his wife and son you’d think he was a standup guy. One who loved with his whole heart and had dedicated himself to making sure he gave them the perfect life they both deserved. Watch him with Amalia for less than a minute though and you’ll be educated in all the ways he’s a grade A prick and you can screw up as a parent.

“Trust you,” she scoffs in distaste. “I trust you about as much as I’d trust the Cubs to win the World Series, which to give it some extra perspective is about as much as I trust my Dad.”

==============================
“I met someone, Kota, and she’s fucking amazing.” At his choice of word the knife he’s wielding slices through my flesh. “She’s funny. She’s out there. She’s a fucking nut but in a good way. A way I like a whole hell of a lot.” That was him shoving a live grenade into the wound.

“I asked her to move in with me, Kota.”

“We’re getting married, babe. Next month probably. Nothing big, just a small ceremony, a justice of the peace if I can get her to agree to it. I wanna make this quick. I wanna make her mine.

==============================
Shit, I fucked around so much my friends and brothers called me Don Juan for fucks sake. To be honest I don’t blame them, I did sleep with more women than my fair share, but I’d also done it knowing that after it was all said and done, after all my time waiting I’d have my prize.

==========
He doesn’t know this, but I haven’t been with a man other than him. As in, no one. Not ever.

==========
“It’s no secret Dad and I don’t get on, or that we never have. We didn’t have the kind of relationship your sister has with your Dad, but it wasn’t only my condition that made it that way. Sure, it didn’t help, but it was more than that. It was almost as if he hadn’t wanted another child to begin with, but gave in under the pressure Mom put on him. I learned to deal with the fact we weren’t close and wouldn’t ever be, or I thought I had. I mean, I missed not having a close bond with him and I hated that he always saw me as a disappointment, but eventually I came to just accept that was the way it was between us and it wasn’t going to change.”

==========
Dad had forged my signature on the forms and submitted them without ever showing them to me. It wasn’t until we were in the room, I was strapped down, and she was about to administer the anaesthetic that she asked me to confirm it was my signature on the papers.”
I mean, who else do you know that has a Dad who would sign them up, unwittingly mind you, for three electroconvulsive therapy sessions a week, for however long it was going to take, and without asking them? Without talking to them about it? No one, that’s who.”

==========
It probably makes me a bad person, but I kind of hold the whole thing against my Mom too. Even though she wasn’t there and doesn’t know what he’d done, I still think she should have done something to stop him treating me like shit all the years before and after,” I admit sadly.

==========
Maybe I could have just told you she was so desperate to get back on your cock that she thought it was a good idea to make it known, hospital wide mind you, how good you are in bed, and how stupid I am for letting you go.

==========
Cody dumped the horrid woman on his parents’ front porch, but all that was too little, too late for me. Hearing it, that he was getting married, from Cody over the phone was a very different thing to hearing it in person from woman you’ve never met before. An intimidating, beautiful, cold woman at that. A woman I’d never have put together with Cody. A woman I was glad was gone from his life, but not even that could life my spirits.

==========
You found your person, and I thought I’d found mine until it turned out all I had found was a colossal dick playing dress-up in a nice guy costume.”

==========
“You dated. You took women home. You fucked around, and I heard all about it. We were friends, Cody. You came over to watch movies and told me about your dates. We went out to eat, and you told me who you were seeing after we were done and you dropped me off at home. And in that time, not once did you say they were fillers, or that it was me you wanted. If anything you went out of your way to prove just the opposite.”

The women in this book are all sad.
Thinking that one amazing, beautiful, smart woman is unable to have sex with a man because the first time with an asshole hero who made her feel undesirable sucked and she doesn’t have any sexual response until the Herod deigns to have sex with her again years later makes me unbearably sad.
Thinking that women have to stay virgin while men enjoy easy pussy for years until the woman they want to marry comes to the right age, 21 and not 18 is unacceptable and sad.
If a woman feels guilty and cries because she had sex once with a man who’s not the hero after seeing the hero having sex for decades with ow is sad.
Having a couple who was their one and only split just because and having the heroine lose weight and sleeps while the hero sleeps around with meaningless ow is sad.
This book made me sad because of the level of disrespect, abuse, male chauvinism that is concentrated in it. This kind of thinking is dangerous and toxic, and sad. It could be right in some kind of cruel abusive cult but in todays life it’s ludicrous and I’m not a spring chicken anymore, I am a boomer that is, but this kind of mentality is repulsive and again sad.
In one word, a book that will make you either want to puke or make you so sad you’ll need Xanax for months.

I need more stars! What an amazing idea for the last book! I loved that all the children found their "one", and ended up happy. The individual stories were amazing and were the perfect length. I have to admit though, I cried at Priest's intermission! My only problem was with Arrow. He was one of my favourites, and now I'm not so sure! A great read and a great ending. I will definitely be looking to read more from this author!

Good Storyline

It was fun to read how things turned out for the kids of the Devil's Spawn MC and their own kids. Not crazy how the stories were split up but that's not to say they weren't good. A good windup to this series!

Fun

This was a fun read to follow our favorite characters children. I gave it a three because there was so many mistakes, saying the wrong person etc. I spent a lot of time having to re-read to make sure I was understanding.

I’ll be honest—For the final book in the series, I was hoping for better, but after some of the other books, I can't say I am shocked.

I’m not going into too many details because this book is a repeat of the others—just with the next generation making the same mistakes. Yikes. What baffles me is how the book summary tries to sell a completely different story.

I was highly disappointed to see what a terrible parent Arrow turned out to be, especially to his gifted and unique daughter. And V is just as bad. The worst part? There’s really no resolution. We never hear from Arrow about why he would try to force his daughter into a horrific medical procedure without her knowledge or consent, never tell his wife, and then treat her like garbage for the rest of her life just because she told him she hated him for what he did. You are told a few answers at the end, but it's through narration, not dialogue.

The lack of editing continues to be a major issue, the story is still mostly long narration with almost no dialogue, and women are still treated as doormats. We’re told they’re strong because they stay and forgive, but I’m sorry—no. I will not teach my daughters that it’s acceptable to be a physical or verbal punching bag. I will not condone the idea that it’s okay to be tossed aside like garbage, only to take a man back the moment he decides he’s finally "ready" to be serious.

I'm super sad to say that this series does not treat women well. It does not highlight equality in relationships, none of them are partners (I'd say maybe Priest and Brenna, but even he lied to his wife for over 20 years, and all she did was leave him for a week). I genuinely do not understand why a female author (or any author, for that matter) would write an entire series where women accept this kind of treatment, and the men never show any real growth.

Enjoyable, Entertaining reads.
All Books in the Devil Spawn series and Vengeance series either have A few spelling errors, Letters missing from words eg hem instead of them, he instead of her etc, and other misc errors such as timeline not matching or description of events not matching in other books .
Apart from these issues I enjoyed the books and series.

Recommend.

stories of the previous Characters Children. They are grown up and have their own relationships to sort out.

Gawd… overall the men in this series are treat the women they love horribly and that includes the daughters. However, the Hs here were better than the previous books. Their f-up moments can technically fall in the gray area and in someways did make up for things. I barely that any of that in the previous books. What I wish we got more was about the story between one of the h’s and her father. I really wish we got a more direct view of how this situation was resolved.

Confusing

Enjoyed getting to know the kids , but in the telling of this story
A lot of what happened in the series doesn't match. Especially the sixth book forge Saint and Tilly it ended with her pregnant yet when listening all the kids the Baby isn't mentioned and Tucker
Was not Saints but Draggers hate when stories are left hanging.
Again a lot of typos in this book.

I wished they were separate.

I get that this was an unexpected book and meant to bring us some of the Devil's Spawns. I soooo love these stories but admittedly, I wish that each of the couples had their own book. I wasn't going to drip my rating down for that though. Especially since I've found an author worth following. Off to another series.

I really HATE giving any kind of negative reviews but this book was something that I just couldn't even finish. The grammar, editing, and formatting errors were absolutely horrendous. I was unfortunately used to this due to my wanting to finish this series because I really liked the characters and storylines, but this was one of the worst. Then, the reason I decided that I was done, was in a previous book (I believe it was #4, maybe), Liam was introduced as having his younger sister and brother to take care of cause their mom was a drug addict. However, in book #6, he was said to be the younger brother of Alysa, who was helping out the MC along with her other brothers who own the private security firm, EyeSee (which is to be the authors new upcoming series). Unless there were 2 Liam's in the MC, which was never mentioned before, then the author got the back stories of this character definitely confused. Also, this is about the children to all the couples in the first 6 books, which wouldn't be a problem except for their stories are almost exactly like all the rest of the books in this series. They all grow up as close friends and fall in love....... It was like several mini stories repeating the first 6 books, only with their children being the main characters. The other thing I hated about this entire series, which I have mentioned it in previous reviews, was that the author uses their given names at the beginning of each chapter from their POV but throughout all the books uses their road names, hardly mentioning their given names, if ever. It was confusing, especially when you have never heard what that particular man's given name was. As I have said before, I really did like this authors talent, storylines, and characters, which was what had me coming back for the next book. However, after this one, I just don't know if I will even attempt to try the next series. It really is upsetting because I actually think it would be a great one.

I can't seem to think of the right words to describe how outstanding and phenomenal, I found this book and the entire series of the Devil's Spawn MC., the only thing left I can think to say other then to give this book & series the 5 trillion star's (and more) it deserves for the incredible story lines and the talented way it was written, is that A) i wish it wouldn't end and B) I'm jealous cause I wish I was apart of there world and there family., but I'm extremely grateful & thankful that I got this opportunity to read there wonderful & amazing journey, that will captivate you at times and at other times have you sobbing., there journey is so warm & heartfelt and you as a reader are treated to the best gift ever., guess I did fined the words after all, lol (i just hope they do it justice, and give credit where it's do) I highly recommend The Devils Spawn MC series all 7 book are 5(trillion) stars outrageously awesome must read series <3

I highly recommend reading the rest of this series before reading this book. It is a follow up featuring the children of all the couples in the other books. It is difficult to follow even after reading all the other books. This book has the same issues the others have- missing words, messed up sentences, inconsistencies and bad punctuation. As I said in other reviews, this author needs to hire a good editor to help make these books into the greatness they could be. I skimmed through most of it just to find out who ended up with who- there was no storyline to follow regarding the MC.

Sad to see it end.

This was a great series and I am very sad to see it end......but as the saying goes "all good things must come to an end". There was not one story that I did not get lost in, I cried, smiled, and sometimes I screamed from anger. Please keep up the great work. Hoping the next series make feel the wash of emotions that Devil's Spawn MC did
