Ok Peps listen up: have you ever read a series that pulls you in so much you dream about it? Or wanted a series so good that you couldn't stop thinking and talking about it? Then you will love this series.1st I recommend reading called by the bear complete series (comes in a box set) that way you will know these characters back stories. It me just makes a better read.
Ok so about this awesome epic story.
So we now learn why Tristan's mom is the way she is. Annie is trying to figure out a way to save her mates heart and heal him and his family. We get reminded that Tristan and Isabelle are not what they seem. We check in with Lucy and she finds a hottie sven. Tori is getting closer to Keith.
Just like all the other parts of this series and (called by a bear complete set). Every time you think you know what will happen next BAM it changes. You can't help but be in awe of V.Vaughn. she is an amazing writer and her books are some of my all time favorites. I have read each book at least 30 times in two months, yeah that good.
I received this book as a arc for my honest opinion. It was a pleasure to get to read such amazing work. I am truly a life time fan of V,Vaughn and once you read her work you will be too.

This is a really exciting series!. The story lines are fantastic!. The Characters are awesome!
This series is about two Bear shifter clans the Le Roux and the De Rozier.
Annie Le Roux is mated and soon to be wed to the Alpha Tristan of the De Rozier clan. She is happy she found her mate and she gets to help Tristan raise his five year old triplet daughters as Annie can not have cubs of her own. But she is also sad as several ties she has with her family will be cut. Like mental talking with her brother Brady who is Alpha of the Le Roux clan. Then there is the weekly breakfasts with her family sense he will be a De Rozier them will stop. Isabelle De Rozier is now engaged to Luke Robichaux another Bear clan in the area. Lucy Carly Le Roux sister is in for it to when she meets dominate Sven De Rozier and finds out he is her true mate. Keith Le Roux is tired of fighting the mating call towards Tori one of the chosen. But there maybe trouble there as it looks like she is related to the Veilleux clan who is an enemy to the Le Roux. Can Keith protect his chosen?.

I'm loving this serial so far, then V. Vaughn hits the publish button & BOOOM you've got yourself some secrets revealed, some new hot characters introduced & some hot scenes to read... I was glued to my ereader from start to finish & can't wait to read what V. Vaughn has in store for us in the next installment.

More is uncovered about Tristan’s mother, and Keith gives in to the true mate draw. It’s like reading a soap opera but with shifters as characters. I read each part as though I am experiencing moves in a chess game. The drama intensifies, secrets and made while others are revealed. Yep, moving onto book 5 won’t be an issue at all! This review has been written voluntarily.

Tempted by the Bear - Part 4: BBW Werebear Shifter Romance V. Vaughn

Short read with some good bits, but I'm really starting to hate the heartless users, Tristan and Isabelle.
The fourth instalment of 'Tempted by the Bear' by V. Vaughn is another pretty short read and I was given a copy by the author in exchange for an honest review. This serial is well written in the first person, with alternating points of view, but I'm starting to get really frustrated with it. I don't usually read serials (or watch them either), first person narrative or cliff-hangers, but I do like V Vaughn's stand alone paranormal romance books so I'm giving it a go, but it's time everything came to a head and all the truths are brought out into the open. As the saying goes, 'it'll all come out in the wash'. This is a serial, not a series, and each part needs to be read in order.
Trying not to give spoilers here, but it's hard not to. I'm starting to really dislike Tristan and Isabelle for their heartless use of their mates to get control of the bear clans and use threats to create an empire they'll rule together. Time they gave it up and told the truth. I'm also pretty sure the damage that will be done to the wonderful and kind hearted Annie when the truth finally comes out will never be undone, trust will be destroyed and true mates or not, Tristan's behaviour is unforgivable and the longer the situation continues, the more unforgivable it becomes. Luke I'm not so sure about, he's a user too and will probably deserve what he gets. Isabelle too. I have no sympathy for underhanded, back-stabbing users. Now Helga's condition is known, Annie takes steps to protect the children and I'm pretty sure she'll have to deal with the evil Helga soon. Tori and Keith go on their first date, after which both Keith and Lucy are afraid for her so take steps to give her protection. Lucy finds her true mate. I can't wait for the next part, which I hope will have a definite conclusion.

This series absolutely amazing, all the twists and turns sometimes you don't know if I'm coming or going. Everytime I read I get hooked on a characters. Daydreaming about what I, (Annie) would do to my soon to be mother-in-law whoops I got that wrong she is Monster-in-Law. Annie won't let this women hurt the triplets anymore than she already has. They need love, why does Tristan let her take care of the girls? Annie finds out what wrong with Tristan and Isabelle's mother, now she can understand a little better what's happening. Ooooooooo Brady and Carly have a secret.. Plus there seems to be more and more characters coming in and a lots of true matings. This sure is mixing the packs together. But Isabelle is still making plans to take over the two clan's and making them a new kingdom. But the question remains the same is Tristan still in on it with Isabelle? Don't you just love Polar Bears? I was gifted this ARC for an honest and truthful review.

Review for TEMPTED BY THE BEAR: PT 4
I received this as a gift for an honest review
Annie has a strange feeling after watching Tristan’s kids that they have been subjected to abuse by Helga, Tristan’s mother. She is determined that will never happen again. When Tristan confirms she is bipolar and is in her “good” phase right now Annie is told it will get MUCH worse.
Lucy on the other hand , has found out Sven is indeed her true mate and knows she will have to work on his rough edges, but cannot deny the attraction there.
Keith has also decided he does not want to fight his attraction to Tori anymore and tells her he wants to see what they can have together. During a lunch date, Tori meets a woman who could be her older self, the resemblance is remarkable. When she points out the woman to Keith, he tells her to stay away from her because she is evil. Turns out the woman is Patricia Veilleux. When Lucy puts two and two together, it is she who connects the dots that Tori is probably a Veilleux. From that point on, Keith is determined to keep Tori safe. After talking with Lucy, they decide a move to a secure apartment is in order and the plan is put in motion. Security will be tight at the “complex” that is part Of Leroux holdings. Tori is more than just a little suspicious and Keith knows he will have to tell her about himself being a bear and also that she is part shifter too. But the question is whether or not Tori will believe him and if she cannot accept him and the truth.

I received this for an honest review. This is really a great audio V. Vaughn does an amazing job writing this series and Romona Master is doing a great job narrating. This is not a standalone so please read the previous books in the series before this one.
Keith holds a special place in my heart. He has been through so much. If you have followed these characters since Called by The Bear then you know more about Keith’s heartache and the love that he has had. It only seems fair that fate sends another true mate his way. I do have to say things are getting interesting with him and Tori. I personally love the thought of Tori and Keith together.
I have to wonder about Isabelle. Is there a good heart there? She is still with Luke and Luke seems to love her. Though it does seem sad that they are not true mates. I have to wonder if Isabelle is capable of love.
It is good to see good things happening with Lucy She meets a guy that sweeps her off her feet. Sven is funny. He is what you would call rough around the edges. He does not know the first thing about being around humans or swooning his true mate. So watching what happens with these two is going to be something.
Annie and Tristian have set a date. Annie has her hands full. She has a crazy mother-in-law and 3 5yr old girls that need love. The girls have been through a lot. Annie does not only need to deal with what the children have been through but to teach Tristian the meaning of being a father.
There is still danger on the horizon. How I hope that it is nipped in the bud before they lose someone else.

the plot thickens. we join some of the characters in their path to happiness. it's no surprise that you can't thwart fate and fight against what she wants. we learn a bit more about Helga's condition, which doesn't explain why Tristan would leave his kids with such a temperamental woman to begin with. hopefully we get more background about that later on.
more matches are made and more people start popping up.
i do have to admit that the overall plot to this story is starting to feel a bit more like a side story as more characters are introduced. it's starting to feel a bit linear even tough all the people play a role in the bigger picture, some of the scene changes are sudden and some twists are so out of the blue and are told in a way that tells you they have been hinted at before but actually aren't. i'm still giving it a 4 star rating because i am invested in the story.

Wow,this series really got interesting in this book. We have commitment, hot sex, secrets and lies.
We have all the great characters that we have come to love with an add polar bear that has moved down to help build homes named Sevn.
Lucy meets Sevn and is immediately attracted to him. It isn't long before she realizes that Sevn, this hot polar bear, is her true mate.
Annie has a heart to heart with Tristan about his mom. When she finds out how Tristan and Isabelle were treated as kids. She becomes concerned for the triplets.
Tori and Keith finally go on their first date. When Keith becomes over protective of Tori, she doesn't understand why.

This series is getting better and better as the books are released. Annie learns the truth about Helga and vows to protect the girls from anyone who will hurt them. Lucy learns that Sven is her true mate and is preparing to be with him. Isabelle finally meets with her mother and things go a little better because she is entering her summer solstice phase. Tori and Keith have decided to be a couple but take things slow. He tells her of his mates death but what he doesn't realize is she maybe relates to the one family that he hates the most. Their will be a lot of heartbreak coming up if those who wish to harm to the clans, but the clans are starting to intertwine and things are not going to be as easy as they seem. I can't wait for the next part.

Holy cow this book keeps getting better! This is a book you just don't want to put down. Tristan finally comes clean to Annie about his mother Helga's sickness but he doesn't explain why he left the triplets with her while he traveled to their new home. Annie is mentally getting ready for the Helga's eventual blow up. Keith and Tori finally start dating, Lucy and Sven get hot and heavy. Izzy is getting on my nerves. It feels like she is using everyone. She is now engaged and well I can't wait to see if her true mate shows up. Now that would be a really interesting twist to the already twisting and turning story line. I cant wait to see what happens in part 5.

Annie is taking to motherhood fantastically and we learn a bit more about Helga's condition, which doesn't explain why Tristan would leave his kids with such a temperamental woman to begin with. Oh well, they have stepmama Bear Annie to watch out for them now.

October 12, 2015Another amazing part to the series. There are more twist and turns, as well as more true mating happening.
Annie's Mother in Law, Helga my have a light bulb lose but I still think there more than meets the eye with her. Its heartwarming to see Annie taking to motherhood so well.
Has Lucy found her true mate? Yes she has!! He is none other than a sexy, wild polar bear named Sven and lets just say Lucy ha her hands full with this one. Taming him my just be the challenge she needs or will it be Sven making her wild??
Can't wait to see what happens next with Part 5. The characters are amazing and there all becoming one big family to me. I can't wait to meet another wild polar bear. Still wondering when the secrets will no longer be secrets...there no telling whats going to happen next.

Can't wait to see what happens next with Part 5. The characters are amazing and there all becoming one big family to me. I can't wait to meet another wild polar bear. Still wondering when the secrets will no longer be secrets...there no telling whats going to happen next.

When the "call" went out for woman with werebear blood to come to them. The first woman that he dreamed of and fell for was kidnapped and bit by his enemy then found her true mate. Then the 2nd woman to fall under the "calling" was his true mate but she was cursed then killed. Now aginst all odd a 3rd young woman has answered the "call" . He has put her off as long as he can but they both fell the attraction. But the woman who had his wife killed knows about Tori.

The maze just gets deeper and deeper. The match ups are happening and the clans seem to be merging. Is that a good thing? Annie is taking to motherhood of her three step daughters, learning more about their upbringing helps her set them on a course for happiness and love. We still get to hear about the issues with Tristan's mother, however we have yet to see the other side of her mania. Sven is a new Polar and Lucy's true mate. What a character. He seems to be trying to overcome is "wild" side, however we still don't know if he is in on the plan. They are cute together.
More and more we see the society building and the characters lives. I'm ready for part five.

Great addition to the series, lots of surprises and secrets revealed. Catch up on all that is going on with your favorite characters! Lucy has finally found her true mate, but Sven is a huge, feral, and stubborn polar bear, luckily he is one sexy hunk too! Isabelle and Luke are getting married but now she has to break the news to her brother and mother. Keith has finally realized that he cannot deny the attraction between him and Tori, no matter the age difference, but he still has to explain that he is a werebear. Annie finally realized exactly what is wrong with Helga, and now she is worried for the safety of her newfound family. I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I'm sad that I have to wait for the rest of the series to come out. I REALLY liked this series. Another great series by V. Vaughn, who has become one of my favorite authors. I really enjoyed this series. Each story was packed with so much in such a short period of time. So well written and enjoyed every part of it. You don't often find shot stories to have such great plots as this book and series does. Usually there's not enough time to fit it all in, in a short read but somehow she made it work. I only wished the books were longer. A great enjoyable mini read an an excellent series. Most of the characters from Called by the Bear series made an appearance in this series as well as some great new characters.

This is a terrific serial with each part better than the last. This is an intriguing story that will captivate your attention and leave you wanting more. So much is happening, the clans are becoming intertwined and plans are being made. Love blooms, relationships flourish, and love won't be denied.
The plot is fast paced, intricately woven plot. Definitely a character driven story. I'm enjoying this serial and can't wait for the next installment.

This is a true serial style book. It reminds me of a soap opera as you get little peaks into the different couples lives and then see how they all intersect. In this book, the suspense keeps building as we wait for Helga to reveal her true self. Her children and grandchildren bear the scars and Annie is watchful and protective. Lucy is discovering her true mate as well as Keith and Tori get closer. There is a another secret about Tori to be revealed too. I am always eager for the next book. I received a copy in return for a honest review.

Lucy and Sven make a unique discovery, Keith finally gives in to Tori (only to find out a secret that may put her in danger), Isabelle and Tristen acknowledge stage one of their plan (not sure how he and Annie are going to work out if he proceeds with that), Helga reveals her true colors and Annie is conflicted about leaving the Le Roux and becoming a De Rozier (and that may not be the only cross clan match in the making!). This is an astounding series with phenomenal characters! Really looking forward to the next

I got this in exchange of an honest review, this series is great I read the others and cant wait to read the rest as well its full of action of things that will make you twist and turn a lot and wonder about the characters the events and make you guess and sometimes the result it a surprise in itself and also a lot of things comes out some secrets are now known to the main characters and she deals with it an there are many new characters interacting more than before and some things are in question cant wait to find the answers later on

Oh the wicked web we weave! Violet has been up to her usual author hijinks and has the plot lines thickening! Things are heating up for Tori and Keith and Lucy and Sven. Annie finds out more information about her mother in law and is enjoying having the triplets living with her and Tristin.
It's all coming together nicely but I'm pretty sure miss Vaughn is about to throw a wrench in their soon!

Received the book for an honest review. With each book the series keeps getting better. In book four of the Temped by the Bear series secrets are revealed and new mates are found. Annie gets more insight into What plagues Tristan's mother. Tori and Keith decide to make a go of their relationship. Lucy finds her true mate in Sven. So much going you never want to put the book down and you sigh when you have to wait for the next book!
