Maybe it's mean-spirited to leave a negative review on Christmas Day, but this book wasn't great. I thought initially I was going to like it, but there was nothing in the author's thoughts that struck a chord with me. As for the song-suggestions, it would've been nice if she had included the lyrics. I know there's the link to the author's website, but I think a book is a standalone thing and you shouldn't have to look online to get full enjoyment out of it.
