Below average

Firstly, the book is filled with grammatical and spelling errors. Looks like a draft version that got printed. Secondly, the thoughts of the author are very random and unstructured. Finally, this is not a CIO reading material. It could have been much better.

Very basic

This might be more appropriate for entry level IT management. Although I appreciate the brevity, I didn't find many new nuggets of information.
