Pro quarterback Cade Prescott's last play was to lose the Super Bowl for his team. To escape the bad press and recover from the disastrous season, he changes his appearance and hides away at a sleepy university town.
Andie Wales's first love is researching ancient bad boy kings. She is blissfully unaware of the Super Bowl and modern day bad boys. When her dog meets and mates with Cade's dog, Andie's first concern is to get her dog to a vet. She gets waylaid by Cade and his hunky good looks and has no idea just how out of her league Cade is.
Despite his secrets, Cade feels differently about Andie and thinks he might be falling in love. Unfortunately, his past catches up with him, and he is forced to make a difficult decision. Can a professional athlete and a research librarian truly prove the axiom that opposites not just attract, but were meant for each other?
Follow Andie and Cade through six books as they navigate their hearts and minds through an emotional obstacle course. Find out about Cade's mother and why she left him in foster homes and how Andie escapes a gang of ruthless crooks determined to accuse Cade of throwing the interception for the sake of sports betting.

Cade and Andie's road to forever was littered with suspense, tarred with scandal and more far reaching then the longest yard, but it taught a valuable lesson. That the most precious gifts are the one's a person works hardest for. Ms. Ayala has a knack for allowing her readers to use their heads as they open their hearts. Heartwarming and thought provoking collide.
What happens when a football player meets a librarian? A lot of passes off the field, which Rachelle tells with such talent. I love her books and she didn't disappoint with this one. I love the beginning to Cade and Andie and their dogs Red and Gollie!! If you're looking for a new series, this is a must read!! You have an unpredictable story with twists that I didn't see coming. I can't wait to read the rest of this series to see what else is in store for us. At the end of part one, Andie encourages Cade to go back to California and take care of his responsibilities. What does book 2 have in store for us? Cade returns to California and Andie stays in New York. Is this the end? No, it isn't!! Andie gets a job offer to come to California and work as an advisor/consultant on movie about King David and his wives. Will Cade and her meet again? Of course they will, but there are many surprises along the way. This is another book i couldn't put down and I can't wait to read book 3. I absolutely love this series!! Andie and Cade have a love that can't be beat. This book was full of love, mystery, laughs, twists and turns. I highly recommend reading all parts to get the full story and enjoy Andie and Cade to the fullest. I never would have guessed this person had such hatred for Cade. I'm not spoiling the story by giving his name, since I hate spoilers! I want everyone to read this book and discover all the answers for themselves. Who ends up being Bret's biological father? How does the sting go down at the casino? Do Declan and Andie finally get their divorce? Does Cade play football for the Flash or does he go to another team? You will find all these answers and so much more, when you read this book!! We still have another book left in this series and I can't wait for it to be ready!! We still have questions that need answers!! Rachelle you keep up your wonderful storytelling and we'll all keep on reading!! I absolutely love this series!
This isn't your typical girl meets boy romance. Cade and Andie's path to happily ever after is a twisted, difficult path, filled with danger and heartbreak. It's spread over 6 books, and you get all six books in this awesome box set. The characters are great and the story is too. This is one box set that is well worth the dough you spend on it. You will more than get your money's worth, and it's an awesome read.
One word of caution though -- once you pick it up, you won't want to put it down. Yes, it's that gripping, and yes, it will draw you in. It did me. I polished the whole thing off in about a couple of days of some marathon reading sessions. You'll love the characters of Andie and Cade.
It reminds me somewhat of a daytime soap opera spread out over six books. It's got all the angst and heartbreak and troubles of a really good, juicy soap opera. But where a tv soap opera runs and runs, this book does have a conclusion; and it's a happy one. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
Cade Prescott is a professional football player who meets a librarian, Andie Wales. This boxed set is about their love story.
Cade and Andie's road together is not an easy one. This series is filled with interesting characters, plot twists, surprises, funny moments, and romance. Cade grows and matures so much throughout this series. I really love him!
This is a great series that is written very well. I love that it is now a boxed set, so you can read each part right after the other. I highly recommend this series especially if you like sports romances or just romance in general.
I am not a DNF kind of girl, I usually will make myself finish a book and unfortunately Intercepted by Love was no different. I was excited about this book, because sports romances are my favorites, especially football ones. But wow, this one left me wanting! Wanting deeper characters, no so much confusion between who characters were, not so many plot lines, etc etc etc.
I really enjoyed this book. This book has so much humor, love, and realistic feelings in it. And dogs! I love it when a book has pets in it! Rachelle Ayala has a way of making you truly believe the love and passion the couple shares. A definite must-read!
Cade and Andie have the whole package Romance Passion Crazy relatives Surprises around every corner!!! Each other through every hardship Boy I love this couple!!!!
This series was absolutely amazing. I hated to put it down. I just love Cade and Andie. This is definitely a must read. If you haven't read it you definitely must.
Audiobook: I was entertained by all six parts of the "Intercepted by Love" boxset. Since all six parts were novellas, they were all short. Each part took up where the last one left off. I liked the characters of Andie and Cade. I went through an emotional wringer due to Andie's and Cade's roller coaster ride of love. They both had issues from their pasts which hadn't been faced and problems happening during their present day which needed to be addressed. There were some steamy scenes described. I listened to this boxset as audiobooks. Chris Abell's narration was great, and his performance added to the story's entertainment. I was given a free copy of the audiobooks, and I have voluntarily posted this review which included my opinions.
Intercepted By Love: The Complete Six Book Collection by Rachelle Ayala was a great read. Cade is a pro football quarterback who lost the Super Bowl for his team. Andi has always loved researching ancient kings. Cade and Andi have an unusual but great love story. I absolutely loved reading their story. I can't wait to read more by Rachelle Ayala.
Cade and Andie story is brought to us with twist, turns, misunderstanding, in the 6 volumns here. What they were before, when a noted football player, meets the Librarian, add two dogs. You have a delightful beginning, and with six stories, you will get a chance to immerse your self, in their finding true love.
This book made me think of a rudderless ship bobbing aimlessly on the sea. The story at times was childish, sometimes tedious, and most times plain asinine. In some cases the author will change a point of fact from the previous book, then scamper to back up the story with jaw dropping prove that has no rhyme or reason in line with what we have read earlier. Point in fact is the real father of Cade's child with his supposedly one night stand. Then he suddenly remembered in the later book (maybe book 5 0r, 6) that he slept with her also on Halloween night, then thrice later before the New Year's sex that he barely remembered. Really?
Then Andie's, or the author's so called preoccupation with King David's (from the Bible) love for one woman or the other. That took up most of the book. I just made myself finish the book (I seldom give up on books). I know it is not easy to write. Take the example of this review of a few sentences. It is not easy, talk less of a book. My take is, if you are going to do a job, do a decent one. Period. End of story.
I really enjoyed this series, it is well written and narrated. I mostly listened as each installment released on audio and purchased this copy for those times when I just couldn't wait! The narrator does an excellent job of bringing personality to these realistic characters. The storyline is engaging you need to pay attention to get the full enjoyment of this storyline. I highly recommend purchasing both ebook and audio format!
