Excellent book

Excellent book for all dental practice owners. Practical and simultaneously a good read! Many points which you can start implementing from the word go.

Such a great book. Though it's focused on dental, Becoming Remarkable is relevant to all service providers. The base customer service and team building best practices apply to all businesses. I was able to see Fred speak a couple of days after finishing this book and let me tell you he was great. So motivational and it really added another layer to this book. I'm excited to read Everything is Marketing (his first book) very soon.

Pretty good book written by Fred Joyal. Here are a lot of great concepts that can help lead to an amazing dental practice but there are also a lot of tips, guidelines, and pointers that can also be used away from the dental field and in our daily lives. I would recommend this book to those that do want to see greater success in their personal and dental lives.
