I had taken out this book multiple times from my local library, then realized that that meant I had to buy it!
That was many years ago, and this wonderful cookbook has served me well over the years, providing hours of reading and cooking pleasure.

I have made many of the recipes in this collection and they are all delicious. My family loved the dishes I have prepared from them, as have my guests. The ingredients are easily purchased at most groceries and while exotically flavored, nothing I made was overly spicy or too unusual for children to enjoy as well as adults. Clearly written, and generously illustrated with beautiful photographs, this is a book to be reread and reused.

So far I'm loving the recipes, the book has great fotos of dishes, makes you want to eat armenian food! Currently I'm figuring out which recipes I'm going to try out.
