This was a really good read for any firefighter, especially anyone about to come into the fire service or just starting out in their career.

All in all there was a good mix of tips and ideas for firefighters at all levels, some more relevant to others depending on their stage in their career.

I did enjoy the practical nature of the advice and the inclusion of an action checklist at the end of every chapter and some checklists for helping advance your personal development, at the end of the book.

I'd recommend this book to anyone coming into or starting out in the fire service or someone looking for inspiration to kick-start their fire service personal development and leadership.

Really enjoyed this book. Full of good and helpful information for carrier or volunteer firefighters. It's even a good read for non-firefighters.
It is broken down into smaller chapters making it easy when you only have a few minutes to read.
