Tammy Falkner lives on a farm in a lovely, sprawling little town in rural NC with her beekeeper husband and a house full of boys, a few dogs, and a cat or two (or five – who has time to count?). As half of the Lydia Dare team, she has co-written ten books, including the Westfield Wolves series and the Gentlemen Vampyre series. A huge fan of Regency England, she often wonders what other kinds of magical, mythical and strange creatures might live and interact within the ton. Exploring the theory that the fae can walk between Regency England and their own land, Tammy spends as much time as possible with the lords and ladies of society, horse-drawn carriages, and elegant balls. Now add to that some faeries, a little murder, a bit of mayhem, and a troublesome garden gnome, and you have her exciting new series. She hopes you enjoys her world as much as she does.

Yes. You. and goes back in time to when Reagan’s parents met. Do you remember her from Calmly, Carefully and Completely? When I briefly met them back then I loved Madison’s understanding towards her daughter and Bob’s protectiveness. So as parents and secondary characters they were pretty awesome and getting a chance to know how their love began is a great nugget. Especially since their meeting is similar to Reagan and Pete’s.

Bob is a bad boy who’s given a second chance. Madison is a rich girl who apparently has it all. They might seem like complete opposites, but Madison doesn’t just see his outer persona, she also sees all the good in him. Their kindred spirits connect and over the holidays they start their forever.
“Who am I?” he asks.
His blue eyes look deeply into mine. “You’re everything,”

I really enjoy Tammy’s unique writing style with so much heart and humor I can’t help but fall for her characters and stories.

This was a short novella that showcased Reagan and Lincoln’s parents (Bob & Madison) and how they first met and fell in love.

I adored this little gem of a story. Bob, as the bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks and Madison, the well-off girl that has never wanted for anything in life... In her, he sees someone he wants to be a better man for and in return, she sees a man worth fighting to ensure he knows his worth.

Having read the prior books in this series, this was such a gift to experience. I loved that we got to see into Bob’s early life – why he was so driven to help others and how he and Madison raised kids like Reagan and Lincoln.

A must read for fans of this series!

I don't know how Tammy Falkner does it, but she takes a short novella and puts so much meaning into it! I love all of the novellas in this series as much as the books!

This is the story of how Bob and Madison (Regan's parents) first met. It was great!

"Yes You" is the story of Madison and Bob.

This adorable short story tells the amazing meet cute of Bob and Madison, parents to Reagan from "Calmly, Carefully and Completely". This sweet rich girl-poor boy tale has some tender romance, little angst, humorous banter and ends in a wonderful HEA. Absolutely heartwarming prequel read.

Too short a novella. Didn't like it at all.
Sad because I've loved all the Reed Brother books.
Madison and ex convict Bob. Her dad a judge, who has dealing with Bob.
Too quick, too short, didn't like it.

I am a longtime lover of Tammy Falkner and the Reed Brothers series. I always enjoy her short stories that give up glimpses into the side characters we get to meet briefly and want to know more about. Yes. You is about Bob and Madison who are Reagan's parents in Calmly, Carefully, Completely. From Reagan's book we knew that Bob was an ex-con and Madison was the good girl who fell for him. Their connection was instant and their love lasting.

'There's one thing I do know. This is not a girl you fuck. This is a girl you take home to meet your mother. I wish I had one.'

Bob and Madison could not have come from more different backgrounds and yet it is clear from the moment they meet that they just belong together. While this story is incredibly short it tells a full tale and had me falling hard for bad boy Bob and too sweet Madison. Without going into it too much I will just say that when it comes to these two there is more than meets the eye. This story was sugary sweet and fun to read. Easily read as a standalone but if you are a fan of the Reed Brothers than you definitely don't want to miss this one! Reagan and Peter's book (Calmly, Carefully, Completely) is my favorite in the series and hearing more about Reagan's parents only made me love it even more.

I love this series and can't help wanting to know everything about everyone.

This little nugget was about Reagan's parents, Bob and Madison. They come from completely different backgrounds, but they have an instant connection.

Yes, You was full of sweetness and put a smile on my face.

My only complaint: too short!!!

I highly recommend this series. Start at the beginning!!!

What
La historia de los padres debió ser mucho más épica!

Yes, You de Tammy Falkner Serie The Reed Brothers libro 16

Argumento:

¿A mí?

Awww, Bob and Madison (Reagan's parents)

I feel like it had been so long since I've read anything about this family, I'd almost forgotten about them!
Imagine my surprise when I look them up and there are several more books out that I didn't know about!
BONUS!
It's a good thing I have nothing else to do today, in this rainy, muggy weather.
In this one, we go back to college when Bob, the "bad boy" on campus....though it must be waaaay back
in the day, because I don't think his bad boy status would even compute to todays world. Especially because
he got in trouble doing something so noble.
Madison is a little bit extra, but she's cute, and Bob is taken with her from the second he sees her.

I really thought that Madison's parents, especially her dad, was gonna be a problem, but he surprised me.
Overall, it was super cute and way too short, but I loved getting to see how these two met and came to be together.
I can't wait to see who's next!

It's been so long since I started the series I didn't realize who the characters were in the book til the last page. I did enjoy the book as a short story, it had potential to be longer but it was good as it was.

****Possible spoilers****

It was another instalove story which, seeing as it took place back when they still had Blockbuster and VCRs is a little more likely, people were less careful. Though I am getting used to Tammy's instalove stories, where they are in love by chapter three or four but dont say anything til the end.
When it was mentioned Bob was on probation I thought maybe it involed Pete Reed, but then they mentioned the older technology and I realized it was someones parents.

Short, and hot

Boy sees birl at college, falls in love .... No. Girl sees guy, falls in love.... No.
Totally unsuitable male, totally perfect. Apparent parental disapproval...
Fun characters in a classic plot, tossed on a modern college campus stage with the addition of crime and punishment , acceptance, and, finally, love and marriage.
It is a bit steamy, but the sex fits into the plot, so alls well, and it ends well.

Yes, You goes back in time and gives you the story of Reagan's parents, how they met, and where their story began. It's super short. I read it in less than an hour. I'm still counting it as a "book" because, as I said in an earlier review, I counted the first three books (which I got in a box set) as one book knowing that there were going to be novellas. I don't even feel a little bit guilty!
