P. ANASTASIA'S fresh take on storytelling resonates with darkness, charm, and passion--the embodiment of her unique writing style. Ensnared by the craft in childhood, she attempted her first book at age eleven. While working toward her college degree, she wrote news and editorial columns for two campus newspapers. After graduating with a degree in communications and spending a year studying abroad in Kofu, Japan, she followed her heart to her publishing aspirations. On the side, she serves as a professional voice talent for radio, television, and audio books. P. Anastasia is the author of nine novels: Exile of the Sky God, the Fluorescence series, Fates Aflame, Fates Awoken, and the historical-paranormal romances, Dark Diary & Grave Burden.
She firmly believes being a writer is not about writing what you want, but writing what needs to be written and faithfully retelling the stories of your characters no matter how uncomfortable they may make you.
I really love and enjoy this series I am very disappointed in having to wait for book 4, but I know it will be just as good as the rest of the series and it will definitely be wroth the wait.
SUPER EARLY MORNING BINGE READING! YUS! So Fallout is my favorite of the series so far! I was on the edge of my seat, er.... bed... the entire time. Annnnnd I kind of like David now... ALOT. >_<
This book went by so fast. A lot of twists and that ending!!!Glad it wasn't a cliff hanger this time but wow.
And there went the rest of my soul. If anyone needs me I'll be in dormant mode until May. It was nice meeting you all. Fallout blew my mind. So, Kareena was never my favorite she kinda got on my nerves but seeing things from her POV changed mine about her. Brian, kind of starting getting weird and annoying. He's semi losing his mind (Which is understandable) Alice, I know her and Kareena don't get along well but I felt like Alice was the one being left out of the group in this book. I mean obviously Kareena's got her thing for Brian, and now David and then they have to worry about all the Saviors dumb interferences, but still it felt like she was the lonely one, the one that was just kind of there. David, I felt the same way about him as I did Kareena in the beginning. But now my whole perspective is different. I can't wait to read things from his POV. And I can't wait to know what actually happens to him. Taylor, Do I need to explain? WHAT. First, what? Second, what? Third? That dude was seriously messed up in many ways. Honestly, I'm kind of glad he left Brian with their messed up mother. Overall, I'm really happy with the turn out of this book and I can't wait till May to find out what the final conclusion will be like. :)

*I was given this book by the author in exchange of an honest review!* CONTAINS SPOILER
The third book of the Fluorescence series has Kareena's POV. This book is short as compared to the first two books but the progression of the story in here is well and good. Here, in this book some new characters are introduced, good as well as bad, though you will have fun reading them. As the story advances, we get to know that the Saviours are not actually good, but well I already knew that from the first book! So in opposite this crazy Saviours a new soul had been introduced namely Prism. Yes. Prism, like the light that travels through a prism and reflects Rainbow colour, yep something like that. but the thing is only Kareena is able to see this prism but nonetheless, they are helping the Fluorescence. There were as always a lot of challenges in their life but they all fight back fiercely. So now I am waiting for the fourth and the last book in the tetralogy to give me the climax of the book which I was waiting from the book 1!
This book was definitely using tension, drama, and action to build towards a turning point for the Fluorescent ones. They could barely sleep, they were running out of money, and they were still wanted by the police. Alice misses her mom and Sam, Kareena misses her parents, and even Brian wonders how his mother is. They’re grateful that the Prism is helping them, but they’re exhausted physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am so happy I found this series. It’s very well written, and I can’t wait to see how they make it out alive. (Maybe they won’t.)
